Sweet Cece's Frozen Yogurt

Terrible customer service. My wife asked for her ice cream to be put in a waffle cone and the young lady told her they were out of waffle cones. As I went back to get my yogurt cup to select my flavors, I noticed a container full of waffle cones. When we asked if her ice cream to be put in one of those cones, we were told that it was outside of policy to do so; that the waffle cones for ice cream and the cones for yogurt were for yogurt. After asking politely to be accommodated several times, I finally purchased a yogurt waffle cone and transferred her ice cream to the cone and used her used ice cream cup for my yogurt. I’ve never experienced anything like this from any Sweet Cece’s or any other company for that matter. My family and I will NOT be going back.

Promised my children Ice Cream and our local Sweet Cece's closed. We where excited to find this one. We where so so disappointed, The floor was sticky counter tops dirty. Will not return to this location.

I stopped in here this morning after my son's doctor appointment because I promised him we could get ice cream if he was good. I'm shocked and almost at a loss for words at how incredibly rude the woman working there was. My son is only two so I thought Sweet CeCe's would be perfect because I was only looking for a small amount of yogurt. I made the huge mistake of choosing the smallest cup and only filling it about a quarter full. When I took it to the register the woman charged me $4.64. I asked her why it was so expensive and she told me that the cup I chose was a flat $3.99 and went on to tell me that the larger cups were the ones to use when you want to "pay by weight". I told her I didn't realize that and asked if I could put the yogurt in the other cup since I had just gotten a very small amount for my sick child (who I was holding in my arms). She told me NO!! She said I had already chosen the small cup and it was against the store's policy to let me change my mind. I paused for a moment looking at her, thinking surely she was just being sarcastic, but she wasn't. She held out her hand and demanded $4.64. Tired, flabbergasted (and not feeling well myself) I handed over the cash. I mean, I promised my son ice cream so what choice did I have? I still can't believe how incredibly rude she was. I will never go there again!

Only 3 or 4 flavors available and very overpriced. I did not feel like I got a good value for what I paid

Really awesome place. It's hard to find a real Gelato place in Nashville. You guys did a great job!
