After calling around to find someone who could do a lemon cake we thought we were out of luck. Then we spoke to Kathy and she was happy to make one. We gave her a tight deadline and her customer service was over and beyond what we would have expected. The cake was four layers of delicious! It was moist and had a great flavour. Everyone at the party agreed it was the best lemon cake they have had. It was nice to eat a cake that did not taste synthetic; the buttercream frosting was perfect. Thank you for making our event extra special with your homemade cake!

Kathy is lovely and made suggestions based on my needs that were perfect. Everyone loved the cakes for our grandfather's 85th birthday party! They were beautiful and delicious! I would definitely recommend Sweetbites!
