The customer service at this store is really good. Every time I go I get treated with kindness and respect. Danny is excellent. You def want a fresh batch of that brown rice because sometimes it can get a bit crunchy when it's been sitting there for a while. If you come during their break times and see they're low on people please be nice. There's always at least one person handling customers. They're usually understaffed. And that's not the staff's fault.
Terrible service at this location. Came in and waited in an empty line with no one to greet us or ask to take our order. After 10 mins a young woman came by but instead of greeting us and asking us if we wanted to place an order she rudely asked us to get out of the ordering area and move to the waiting area by the door. Wonder how someone with such a bad attitude and poor customer service skills can even get hired at this company. We immediately walked out and took our business somewhere it will be appreciated.
we ordered two bowls in which they were not inserted: chicken, rice, onion, almonds, cheese, bread, oil. In practice, we got two bowls with a bit of mixed salad, obviously at full price including the missing ingredients. Also it’s impossible to directly contact the restaurant to ask for explanations
Sweetgreen as an establishment is very good, but this on on Broadway and 91st is strangely understaffed and does not really function at an acceptable level. I am a fan of their salads ... One week later. 2pm service is slower and less functional. Hard to explain why this store stands out with slow service!
They close 1.5-2 hrs earlier than the hours on Google. This is the case every single day. If you ever enter this place at 8pm closing hour is 9pm, they behave like you do something terrible. They treat you as you are their enemy. They literally yell at you that they don’t have chicken, avocado and so on left but it is like your fault because they don’t have more chicken. :
I had to throw my food away because there was hair and more hair! Disgusting!Food: 1/5
This place has amazing salads and rice or quinoa bowls that are customizable and healthy. The portions are enormous and there are great vegetarian options. You can choose a salad off the menu or make your own. You can choose different bases such as kale, romaine , quinoa , wild rice , etc. You can add hot chick peas and other toppings. There is tofu, cheeses , and other proteins for an extra charge. The amount of food you get is incredible for the price and this is a great place to go if you are trying to eat healthy. The staff is friendly , but often seem overworked because so many people are ordering salads in person and online. Definitely try this place if you want a healthy filling meal !
A bit disappointed. Today I ordered the summer peach salad, when I got home I realized half of the kale leaves were yellow. Meaning NOT fresh!! The girl that made the salad she seemed distracted, never offered bread, when I asked for a receipt she did not know how to reprint it. Started backing up the line. Anyways for $15 I can make a way better salad at home.
Under staffed and Poorly Managed Waited about 20 minutes in line before leaving without food. There was only one person at the counter making salads during peak lunch time. Terrible. I love sweetgreen but this location is no good. Get it together
For the price, I was expecting better. Ordered the super green goddess and hot honey chicken. Both were incomplete. The hot honey chicken didn't have the hot honey sauce and the salad didn't have any dressing and three mere cubes of chicken. When it arrived, it looked like somebody hastily threw everything in the bag. Food was upside down and spilled. Not sure if it was the delivery person or if it was how the order was packed. Calling for help is a joke since I ordered via Uber Eats. They just push you back to the vendor you ordered from if there are food issues.
