Story

Steve Uria, coined The Conceptual Athlete, and creator of a multitude of concepts within the fitness industry, spent 31 years culminating his passion in what he describes is his thesis as “his last dance”, the most comprehensive workout on the planet. An arrangement unlike classical masters of music, written, processed and directed by himself with the very vital input of his understudy Kelly Saunders.
Nothing happens by chance, every movement is calculated and choreographed to harmoniously work every muscle, with balance being at the epicentre.
SWITCH transcends from the playground into the lives of it's players. It's teachings are not limited to within the walls of the Playground. That is just the seed, the beginning, the birthplace of the magic. It’s a feeling. A statement. An opportunity to look and feel your best while having the time of your life.
