Consistently unhappy with this bank. They do not have a night drop box or a drive through and so with covid-19, their only option is to make an appointment to go into the bank in person to deposit a check. You have to pay extra for online deposits, and you can't deposit at an ATM. I find myself constantly disappointed in the basic services they refuse to provide. They charge you extra and make you jump through hoops just to perform the most basic of banking tasks. On top of that, the customer service has never been impressive. Several times when I call because of course it costs extra to do it online to make a wire they have made mistakes, lost my information, gotten locked out of the system, can't find my account, there is always an excuse as to why they can't do their job. It's clear that they are not concerned with their customers and it's infinitely frustrating.

Came close to closing for a cashier's check and Sherry was very helpful and polite. I enjoyed our conversation while she processed everything. Not discounting anyone else's experience here, but everything went smoothly and I'd return again.
