System 5 Electronics

I’ve used system five on both my homes. The coverage is great and it has evolved over the years and kept up with the latest technology, too. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

Horrible experience. There is lack of communication amongst the staff and leadership when problems arise. The office manager, Ms. Bryant, is very defensive, and is not interested in resolving any issues. Had it not been for her, I would have chalked this up as a service that did not work for me. However, my interaction with Ms. Bryant led me to write a review to warn others of the unprofessionalism that you may experience if you have a problem that requires speaking to someone in charge. Needless to say, I do not recommend System 5 for alarm monitoring. Save yourself from being disrespected.

I have been trying to get someone on the phone for the past month with no luck. It doesn't matter which extension I dial, whether I leave a message, or if I email. I cannot get anyone on the line. And I have racked up so many $5 fees and I don't know what they are for. Smh.

Very polite! Technicians were all book so she told me if there were any cancellations that should would let me know, while still booking my future appointment!
