Szechuan Chinese Restaurant

Chinese comfort food describes this place well. Generous portions! I will easily get two large meals out of one lunch special. I tried the Sesame Chicken and enjoyed it - nice and spicy, automatically came with brown rice. My only complaint is I wish there was less meat and more vegetables, but I'm finding that is pretty normal for non-buffet Chinese restaurants.

Gotta drop a Five Star on this! Best and fairly authentic Chinese I have had! You have to try the Sesame Chicken! Lunch specials are large servings and $7.50 amazing!! I will need to go back and have dinner there!! 🙏🏼 according to lore, the restaurant is 60 years old and I don’t know many places last this long!

Always treated well no matter how I'm dressed. Food is always good and more then we can possibly eat. Great place to chill out. Quiet. So you can have a conversation. Everyone is pleasant. Great place.

I have been here a handful of times prior to my visit today, a mix of both carryout and dine in. Today was cold so I was looking forward to the hot soup and a good meal. I was seated promptly and immediately after I sat down was asked what beverage I would like. It was delivered in a timely fashion. Then I waited, and waited and waited some more. After a long wait, I left. Before leaving I stopped at the cashier and said, "I'm leaving because nobody came to take my order". Her response "ok". I would have been happy to chalk it up to any number of potential reasons, but to not apologize or even "pretend" to feel bad. I'm never going back. The food here was always good, but that service is unacceptable.

Fantastic service! Food is good and consistent. The wait staff is the best part about this place.
