T Bears Florist & Chocolatier

I happened upon this cute shop on my way to work, and when I saw a beautiful poinsettia in the window, I knew I had to stop inside! I bought the flowers as a surprise for my husband, along with a pear truffle. The shopkeeper was very kind, and she even replaced the white basket with a new one when she noticed the first one was a little dirty. My husband said the truffle was rich and creamy. I’m always happy to find nice local shops like these!

This is what they delivered to my brother in laws showing. Wilted, dead flowers, and bare spots. This is not what I paid for. Who could prepare this and think that this is a quality product. You go through grief, and the industry gouges you because it’s a funeral, only to have this. 1800flowers please don’t use this place again.

I have bought flowers here before, and they're fairly nice. However, the customer service is essentially non-existent. For instance, I just walked in a few minutes ago with several people working, and after 5 minutes still had not received any acknowledgment of my presence, so I just left. Now $200 is going to a competitor. Good job

T Bear florist you can continue to take down my review but I will continue to come back and repost. That’s shady and doesn’t look very professional trying to hide someone’s review of your product. People have a right to know what they are buying. You should be embarrassed. Buyers Beware!!! You had three try’s to make an arrangement that resembled the arrangement we purchased on 800flowers and each arrangement that was delivered looked like someone just threw flowers into a vase. I could of went to my local supermarket and bought flowers out of the flower bucket in the produce section and done that myself. Read your reviews you might learn something.

My mother ordered me a beautiful arrangement for my birthday and her and I were both pretty bummed that all of the orchids in the arrangement were dead when they arrived. :

My mother received multiple bouquets from T. Bears over a week long period. We had an issue with one order, and when I called, they fixed it right away.

I should have checked the reviews before I ordered from this florist. I understand the disclaimer that if they don't have a certain thing they will have to substitute something else. However, I would expect them to try to get something as close as possible to the item that is ordered. I'm very disappointed. On the left is what I ordered, the picture on the right is what they sent. They hardly look anything at all alike. I would never have ordered anything like that. Maybe they should consider, if they are going to go that drastically different, they should first check with the person who ordered it.

I am recovering from surgery and received a flower arrangement from my cousin. It was terrible and I called this vendor within 20 minutes of receiving the arrangement. I left a voice mail for them and they never responded or made this right. I did not call my cousin to tell her she wasted her money because I did not want to hurt her feelings, and did not want to appear ungrateful for her kindness.

Terrible arrangement that looked nothing like what I ordered - it was supposed to be a 2021 Christmas/ Holiday arrangement. It looked like a cheap mess of an arrangement. I paid for a premium floral arrangement and it was 1/4 the size of what I ordered. Please do not be fooled and do not order. I was appalled at the flowers this florist sent. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!! MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!! Look up all the reviews on this florist.
