T-BONES Great American Eatery

Don't even want to give this place one star. If I could go negative I would. It's sad this place used to be my favorite however went there last night and they charged my card twice for two separate amounts, one for the amount of my bill (45.99) and another for almost 20 dollars, I called to get it cleared up and when I expressed that I was upset and may not come back the owner said well if you wont come back I'm not going to waste my time fixing this. He initially offered a refund, but quickly started cutting me off when trying to talk and ended it with they only MIGHT refund my card. I think this is poor business and customer service sadly looks like I'll have to look for a new favorite place to go since this owner clearly doesn't care about loyal customers.

Been eating here for years, and can't recall ever sending a dish back. T-Bones is absolutely dependable, delicious, and comfortable. My favs are the Asian chicken lettuce wraps, wings, and BLTs. French onion soup is really good, too; other special soup have been great. Every meal begins fresh, hot, crusty bread that's so good that I'd pay for it if it weren't free! Also consistently clean (bathrooms, too!) and friendly staff. All-around great place

We went here after a lakes region community services appreciation event. We witnessed two special people given "a random act of kindness " which was the restaurant giving them the meal on them . The staff was aware of the plight of special folks and we were moved by the gesture. What a great place. Way to go T bones!

The menu is huge! If you can't find something here you like, you are extremely picky! They have a good sized bar with Happy Hour nightly. Also a Club where points can be earned each time you come in. There's a children's menu as well. Desserts and specials of the day, including special seasonal cocktails, are always delicious! I can say I've never had a bad meal at T-Bones and I usually bring home leftovers because the portions are not skimpy! Wait staff are pleasant, knowledgeable, and accommodating. If you don't like the vegetable that comes with the meal, for example, ask if they have something else!

Drinks are a bit pricey but were good. Food was great. Great service from Skye. We'll definitely go back 😁
