This store has the worse customer service. TJ Maxx headquarters should offer Cust. services classes to employees like Shawn, she is extremely rude and unprofessional, and she seems to love yelling and making scenes to customers. When it comes to TJ Maxx Baton Rouge, it is better to shop online, every time I have been to this store I have had a negative customer service experience.
