Victoria's Secret & PINK

The price for items in this store is ridiculous. I need to find another store with long lasting products for a decent price. I gotten these underwears for a 5 for $28. My total came up to $31.35, which wasn't as bad as usual.

Usually when i go into this location the ladies are so sweet and helpful. Yesterday I must say I was so uncomfortable I left after being in there only about 15 minutes because within that time I was asked at least seven times if I needed help at least five times by the same associate. I believe you all should let some of your employees know the difference between being helpful and harassing to the customers. No one should feel anxiety while shopping. Thank you in advance.

The WORST Victoria's Secret I've ever been to. Every single time I go, the customer service gets worse. They all have an attitude and the manager loves to make up her own rules about sales and returns and dressing room policies that do not exist at any other store. Poor Baton Rouge is plagued with only one option when it comes to shopping at Victoria's Secret. Corporate needs to seriously evaluate the rude unprofessional management and staff here. April in particular was a staff member who was very inconsiderate and unwilling to let me return items with tags attached in the time frame they are allowed to be returned because I wanted to buy them back with price adjustments. This practice is frequently accepted at all other Victoria's Secret locations. Lastly I was humiliated by the changing room attendants because they refused to let me boyfriend anywhere near my dressing room when there was no one even around. The attendant made me walk out into the store while customers stared at me in order for him to see what I was trying on. Then the manager tried to shoo him away saying it was inappropriate for him to stand on the same side of the room near the changing room and tried to make him leave. The manager is definitely on a serious power trip. These experiences are seriously making me consider canceling my angel card membership. They don't deserve anyone's business.

Allison, Taylor, kaliegh, and Brianna are all great! Wonderful personalities, fantastic customer service and super willing to help out. The manager Sara comes off abrasive and rude, especially to the girls that work there. She seems like a control freak. The other girls I listed above will be the reason I return in the future. Thank you lady's for a great experience!

I visited today . I walked out and will never walk back in . I needed help and did not recieve one bit of service.
