Love this location. Clean, organized, friendly staff. Found some very nice cookware at affordable pr8ces.

I called and asked if i could return a massage gun that was already broken in the box. They told me I had to have the tag the item and the receipt. I took the tag off because it was a gift, but I had the item and the receipt and she said no. Which is crazy because then I went to another T J Max and the man there told me that wasn’t true. All they had to do we go get the item and scan if, or they could look up the item. I thought it was so wrong that the lady didn’t even try to help.

It's always a great and wonderful experience shopping here. Great selections, great sales and clearance prices etc and their cashiers are mostly very friendly with smiling faces.

Good Customer Service from cashiers! Very friendly. Lines are long because of all the great deals you can find.

On Sunday the 16th I was shopping at the location on East Ponce de Leon Avenue the manager there is very rude I was standing in line paying for my items customer came up to the counter and needed to speak with a manager she turned her back Karen on our conversation with two other employees in the store she did not come over to address whatever the leader wanted I think she was very rude not to come over to talk with the cashier to find out what was going on I was not the person that needed to speak with her it was someone else in the store she did not come over to address the situation I thought that was very rude of her I don’t spend money when I’m not appreciate it and we have people very rudeSomeone need to address her being a store manager

They were completely out of men's jeans but I understand because it's right before Christmas.

Unhelpful Staff. Told me it is the customer responsibility to make sure all item have a tag in case of reason for return. However they manage to charge me without said tag

Don't sleep on T.J. Maxx for nice jewelry, and not just the ones in the case. I've found some very nice and unique pieces there. Also, their travel section where you can buy little things for your trip like luggage locks, compliant size bottles, etc., always has good stuff.

As always, TJMaxx is hit or miss. You have to come here with an attitude of exploration, not looking for something specific. Then you're open to finding treasures. You'll find stuff you didn't know you needed until you see it!Parking spacePlenty of parkingParking optionsFree parking lot
