T-Mobile

If you can, go the extra few blocks to the T-Mobile store in Eagle Square because I have experienced the worst customer service I have ever experienced at this store. They did not acknowledge me when I walked in or added me to the list of customers in line. Then they started helping two other people who came in after me. I waited for over 10 minutes before someone even said hello or acknowledged that I was there to make a purchase. The one in Eagle Square has a staff that?m, in my experience, is more pleasant and much more helpful.

I had a great experience with Ny at Providence Place. She is knowledgeable and kind. We had a round robin of phones in my family, and she figured it out.

Try to help me. Told me I have a low-end phone so don't expect much out of it. This phone store was a lot more helpful then the other stores. You expect to and get the best and your money's worth and what you get , is what they can make the most profit on instead of helping their customers they've been with them more than 10 years. Had more trouble with this low-end phones. Went out and got a high-end phone with a different company. Maybe I'll have to wait till Christmas when they come out with all the special deals

2 Stars while waiting, 1 Star after leaving. The waiting time for service was long and buying a new phone took an hour and half. It took over half and hour to transfer files after messing around with equipment that didn't work. Also, my one and old usb-c cable was never given back so my phone's batter will die if I don't go buy a new one at a store.
