If I could I would give this store 0 stars. Please save your time, so unprofessional. A young lady cursed me out that works there mind you I’m buying a new phone and accessories. She was looking to “fight” me. I can’t believe people like this work in a customer service place. It’s a human circus. Please hire more professional people!! My toddler could work here and still get hired no joke,
I walked into this store and asked to upgrade my phone to a new iPhone. The time was 7:15, they close at 8:00. There were 3 employees that I could see playing on their own phones. They told me they couldn’t sell me a phone until the following day. Terrible service.
After going to 5 T-Mobile stores & calling your "team of experts" over a period of almost a week to get help on my phone I FINALLY FOUND ONE OF YOUR EMPLYEES THAT WAS NOT ONLY . FRIENDLY BUT ACCOMODATING & A REAL EXPERT. SHE SOLVED MY PROBLEM IN 2mins . CHARITY OF lakeshore IS THE GOAT .CHARITY needs to be recognized for her commitment to Excellence & Knowledge. This location used to be one of the best the new girls that got hired are rude and soon as you walk in they don’t great you they stay on the phone and talking to each other’s you ask them questions they don’t wanna answer you and even interact with you, the worst place to spend your money ever even made switch over to AT&T!! They were super busy and I was thinking about just leaving but the two friendly staff were handling a lot of customers like pros and managed to get me taken care of without a long wait. Great service
To Mr. Tez, I’ve come into this location three times in the past year, all of which with a problem that got resolved in a quick and timely manner. Tez “The Realist,” you sir are the real mvp! Tez was quick and informative with the issue I was having an offered a solution. Unfortunately was unable to afford it and this man went above and beyond the status quo and delivered. I truly appreciate it man. I’m extremely grateful sir!
My wife and I had to suddenly get new phones. Over the years I've dealt with Verizon, AT&T, US cellular when it was a thing and never in my life have I had such a painless experience buying a new phone. Britney not only helped us find the phones we wanted but was able to offer suggestions on chargers and help us easily transfer all our information correctly. She even gave us her direct number in order to ask her questions if we needed any help after we left. Will definitely go back there if I ever need to. Thanks Britney for all your help!
An associate named Bryan gave terrible customer service he jumped in a conversation that he was not apart of and became rude while I was talking to the manager. The manager was nice but became bothered but overall Mr. Jose was nice but not knowledgeable giving that I work at T Mobile in Alabaster. They did not help me by taking in my warranty exchange because of a crack when I do this also and you can take warranty exchange devices with cracks. They did even attempt the process terrible experience with Bryan though he became irate at a situation that didn’t involve him.
Team Mobile use to have awesome customer service but now when you call all you get is someone from another country and no one can solve your problems/ I have been trying to reach some from the US for going on 2 weeks and has no luck. I’m ready to cancel bc I’ve been given the run around.
Waited 20 minutes for someone to tell me they didn't carry the screen protector I needed. Next time just ask what someone is there for. If it isn't too crazy, not rocket appliances, just resolve the issue. Good night.
