Great customer service. Needed a new protective glass for my phone and I was in and out of the place in 10 minutes. Very helpful staff and very nice interior. Definitely recommend this location if you are on a time crunch.
Went in this store 3 separate times and all 3 times the same white guy with slick back hair told me that “their systems just crashed and he can’t help me”. When I mention that’s what he said last time he acts like he never said that of course. This place needs a change in staff
Salesman signed me up for home internet with claims of 5g speeds. Took the equipment out to my car and was reading on the box and noticed that thr equipment was only for LTE speeds. I took the unopened box back inside the store and asked to return it. The Salesman verified that my address does not qualify for 5g home and took the equipment back. Now I'm being charged for the unreturned equipment because they never marked it as returned.. attempts to call the store always result in being sent to customer service and NOT the store. I highly discourage everyone to avoid this unprofessional store.
If Verizon messes up, they make it your fault. Whoever you talk to will tell you something different and hope that you go away. There is no way to follow up with people at the call centers, they tell you to go to the store. The store tells you to call the corporate number. This is absolutely insane. Nobody in a decision making role has a phone number or email.
We were able to get everything necessary in the store. However, the rep put our new internet plan under the old device and number instead of the new one and, she didn't know which devices took which charger. I did a Google search and saw my new phone from a different brand took the same. She said that's not right even though it is. I don't expect someone to know everything, but don't just try to look big and bad. The internet stuff took an hour and a half on the phone with the 1-800 line to sort out on Father's Day because my parents need internet.
Never write google reviews, but James was so wonderful helping us combine lines today that I wanted to give him public kudos. Very personable, knowledgeable, and thorough when helping us. Even when the store became packed, he still took the time to walk us through all of our questions and go the extra mile by putting on the screen protectors on our phones- a skill we struggle with.
I do not recommend this location for setting up or making changes to your wireless service. The service representative that “helped” my husband and I on January, 16th did not initiate a transfer of service from our previous wireless carrier and to make matters worse, he also threw our SIM cards from our previous wireless carrier in the garbage. He claimed that the transfer of service would happen automatically and so we trusted him and left the store with the impression that transferring wireless carriers was easy. Ha! We’ve missed very important phone calls in the past 48 hours and only found out about the total incompetence of the young man at the Inverness corners location when we called Verizon wireless to find out why we couldn’t set up autopay billing online. It’s because we don’t technically have wireless service with Verizon yet. Morale of the story; make sure your service reps are trained and experienced.
This was the worst retail experience I, and my family have ever had. There is zero communication among the MAYBE two staff members in the store. We sat for an hour two people in front of us before we were attended to. When we are finally approached by an associate, they would not let us even begin the first step of trading in our phones, as they require an ID. Having just gotten my licensed renewed I do not have the physical copy. They never told us we would need an ID for any reason before telling us to wait. After asking the associate and/or manager if we could talk to somebody about the problem he pointed us toward google reviews and left no suggestions on people to talk to. The associates name is JAMES, and he was rude, arrogant, and is unable to communicate any polite social skills to anyone. Will never be going back here— they do not know how to run a business.
eric was amazing! i dropped my phone in water and was super stressed out, but he was so friendly and made the process feel so easy. my monthy rate is super affordable and i love my new phone. thank you eric:
Very helpful staff directed us to a covered repair, rather than get a new phone. Much appreciated! UPDATE: Now we find out the Verizon associate was wrong in telling us that our device had insurance coverage. In the store, we initiated a claim for the cracked screen, which has now been denied because of no coverage. And Assurion informs us that we cannot file a claim for the device going forward because we already said the phone was damaged in the claim Verizon directed us to file. Verizon has, perhaps unknowingly, scr#!ed us over, leaving us with a phone that is unusable. This longtime Verizon customer is extremely frustrated.
