Ridiculously unprofessional service. The female in the store had a terrible attitude - she must hate her job. I never received worse service. Every answer was short and uninformed... She cut me off multiple times and once I corrected something she said, she shut down and didn't want to sell me anything. I would give 0 stars if I could. This is clearly a money hungry location. Go down the road and save your time.

I went here to get a new i Phone yesterday. I was told that airbuds came for free with the phone. I told them that I did not need them but they told me they were free and to take them. I asked a total of 3 times and was told they were free. Today T Mobile sends me a text saying I was signed up for a protection plan on the phone I bought. I called to tell them that I never signed up for this and they then verified that I would be billed for the airbuds. While I was in the store another customer was in complaining that they signed him up for an additional line that he never requested for $15 a month! Clearly cheats and liars. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!

I've had a number of poor experiences at the Foxchase Duke Street T-Mobile location. In August 2022, I obtained T-Mobile Home Internet. Unfortunately, the service did not work for us. Earlier today, I stopped by the same location to return. Initially, I was told I'd have to call T-Mobile customer service to obtain a return shipping label. When I called T-Mobile customer service, the representative was unable to assist and recommended I return to the same retail store and he'd speak with the in-store representative. Rick, the Foxchase T-Mobile Asst. Mgr, was MORE THAN ACCOMMODATING! He has single-handedly restored my faith in this T-Mobile location and T-Mobile as a whole. He was patient with my numerous questions, my quite visible and understandable frustration. By the time I left the retail location, I had a shipping label in hand. Thank you Rick for your stellar support today!

This store is always under new management Don’t come here all they do is try to take your money and meet their goals for the month cus the workers run on commission. This job is always being newly staffed bc the higher ups don’t know how to treats their employees. They just finesse every dime out of you. **Go to a corporate store**

14 hours waisted on phone calls in store plus chat lines they cant fix my iphone 14 pro max orders u goto store call 611. Call 611 u have to go to instore to get deals donot recomend tmobile to anyone

We brought our elderly friend to this store yesterday evening just prior to closing to resolve a problem with his iPhone13. The phone wouldn't connect to the network, and Chris and Ben went over and above in diagnosing and resolving the issue completely. They were professional, knowledgeable, and made sure our friend's phone worked properly and we were completely satisfied before we left the store. Can't say enough about Chris and Ben's helpful attitude and outstanding customer service. Kudos to you guys!

Went in with my mom because she received a note about updating transfer from Sprint to T-Mobile, and ended up needing to get her a new phone. Ronald was the associate who helped us, and he did a fantastic job explaining the options clearly, helping her decide, and getting us both new phones. The data transfer process took awhile, but it was super easy for us. A+

I arrived to the T-Mobile and worked with Roland at the Alexandria store on Duke Street. The purpose of my visit was to activate and transfer my old phone number from another carrier to my new T-Mobile account and phone. Roland worked very diligently while also working with three other customers the same time! I have Never seen anyone work so hard Multitasking and Expedite everyone’s questions and orders! Roland should Special recognition for his Efforts!

I had an awesome experience upgrading my phone today with Ronald and Alex. They were very knowledgeable , provided excellent customer service and demonstrated a strong depth of knowledge in all of the products. I look forward to working with them again .

A hour after opening I’m standing outside in 90 degree weather while I employees put a up a tint to service customers. Can’t look at phones during this time because they closed to inside for so called sanitation. That should be done end of business day not give customer no choice but to be in heat and can’t get full service
