I have a plan with one line and a phone, the phone got stolen, they wouldn’t report it, wouldn’t help at all, very poor service and rude customer service. Stay away completely from T Mobil, they all friendly till you buy from them after that you are on your own.
Didn’t want to help me told me to call customer service I turned around told him thank you as I’m leaving he tried to sell me a hotspot and said no thanks I spend less than a minute in the store, it was empty
Our sales rep was Brandon and he gave my husband and I exceptional service! He was totally knowledge of the phones we purchased and made the entire switch from Verizon seamless! We appreciate his service and recommend this store to everyone!
I went there to buy one single charger for my iPhone and waited for 1 hour and I still wait but nobody help me to pay 20$ Miserably dollars
I was traveling from out of state and needed immediate help with my non working devices for my road trip. I worked with Brandon H. at this location, he was super helpful & friendly. He handled all of my concerns and made sure I left the store satisfied. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Thanks again!
