The customer service is very nice and kind, they can help you to resolve your inquiries. It's s big warehouse and the prices are super good too and many offers. I recommended Best Buy!

As an assistant manager at a retail store, I can recognize good customer service. I made a purchase at the Bailey's Crossroads Best Buy in Virginia. The service I received at Best Buy was excellent. The manager Alex D. was very professional and knowledgeable, Alejandro G. did a good job helping me with my purchase, and Eric S. was outstanding with the geek squad. I would definitely recommend Best Buy to friends and family!.

Great atmosphere! Staff was helpful and friendly! Best Buy offer a wide variety of electronics, accessories and appliances. If you buy any equipment from Best Buy, the Geek Squad can help you with installation in your vehicle and or in your home.

Simple easy returns, customer service was really kind. TV salesman not so much. They would not listen to what my requirements were and kept trying to sell my TVs way over my budget. I understand they get commission but I came in knowing what I wanted would have been a 5 minute sale that dragged out for 30 mins. It also didn't help that the guy would not talk to me but only my boyfriend. He wasn't the one buying!

I had a an appointment set up through my cellular provider for the Geek Squad to service my apple device. The wait wasn't too long before a tech became available to see me. But I think it was by chance that I happened to have an appointment before a crowd of ppl showed up. The tech was very knowledgeable, very helpful, and patient. I didn't backup any of my photos beforehand and he waited a little while for some of the items were backed up before completing the tickets and packaging my device to be sent out for repair. I really appreciated that cause he didn't have to.

Super average customer service. We had to run around looking for assistance. The staff wasn’t interested in proactively helping us out. Gladly, we got what we needed and on a good price but wish the staff had been more helpful.

Today, I walked in, returned an item, then picked up something else. Best Buy now requires you to have a customer account and will refuse selling you ANYTHING. So I made up a fake account and paid. I walked out, no bag, just the item & receipt in my wallet. I remembered something else I needed and went back. I wasn't all the way out of the 2nd set of doors when I turned around, walked back, got the other item, paid and walked to the doors. I was stopped and asked for a receipt. NONE of the other people ahead of me were asked. I asked why, he said we check receipts for theft. I mentioned NO ONE ELSE was stopped and I felt like it was due to my identity and expression. I refused and walked out. The lady behind me told the individual at the desk he was petty for no reason.

There are not enough workers staffed throughout the store so I see why more people use store pick up. Several times we were told, "I'm helping someone and someone else in that department will be with you" only to be left standing around. After attempting to purchase an item that was incorrectly labeled the worker at the register said we could talk to the manager so "they could do whatever." So he was useless and talking to other coworkers instead of helping customers. Luckily the store manager approved a price match for us. He was professional and helpful and the only reason I didn't rate any lower. I'll just make sure I do order pick up if I go back again.

Alex was mean. I had to wait until the weekend was through to express my frustration. He ignored that I was directly at the counter waiting quietly and patiently for assistance. After 20 mins of my 45 min wait, I asked why he went to the next person in line behind me or acknowledge me in any way. He asked, “didn’t you ask for a manager?”. I had a scheduled appointment and was told by another employee with dismissive behavior that there were no appropriate supplies or parts to work on my phone & that if I chose to order a phone to replace my current one, that I’d be waiting 2-3 weeks for pick up. I simply asked to speak with someone else and Alex was who she spoke with & Alex is who, if I hadn’t asked anything, could of had me standing there waiting forever because there was no supervision even present at the time. A man came in about 20 mins after I spoke with Alex. I then explained my issue, given instructions, & that was it. I waited 45 for simple clarification. Totally inappropriate.
