I have been a T-Mobile customer for the last 12 years and have been to a lot of different stores across the country. This store so far has been the best place that I have dealt with for my recent 2 phone purchase. You may come in when there is a long wait to speak with someone but worth the wait. This may be a good telling sign that this company is doing something right. Have you ever been in Walmart 2 weeks before Xmas? People do it for the best price! You want the best service and price from your phone company? Then come here early or wait for the best service you will find. Hands down, you guys rock! Keep up the great work. Thank you.
My wife and I visited this store with a problem we were having with our newly acquired Sprint account and phones. We switched over to Sprint from T-Mobile due to a promotion that allowed us to get new iPhone 11s. The problem is that the promotion wasn't applied and our return kit was never sent to us to return our old phones. To add to our problems, our new bill for the next four months never reflected the promised promotion. We spoke with the manager, Samantha, that day and I'm so happy we met her. She treated us so well and managed to solve our return problem with the phones and was able to get our promotion rate applied to our bills as well as a credit for the overcharge on the previous four months bills! If you want awesome customer service and somebody who actually cares, do yourself a favor and visit this store.
I went in there to upgrade my phone and although they were very busy, i felt like they recognized that i was in there. I was able to work with Leo. I couldnt have asked for anyone better. He was so ethical, honest and helpful with everything i needed help with. He even gave me personal preferences on how to transfer my information from my old phone to my new one which would have transferred more than the machine they offer at the store. He was so helpful and respectful, making sure all my needs were met. I recommend him and this store to anyone! Awesome environment!
Thank you!! I couldn’t say better things about this location. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND for my boyfriend and I. We were unhappy with a recent purchase and they displayed some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Seriously, Samantha and Zane were insanely helpful! My boyfriend and I were so happy leaving that we ended up buying 2 cases, a screen protector, and even 2 Apple Watches. Thank you guys for your patience, truly outstanding!! This location is out of the way for us but we will definitely be making it our only T-Mobile stop. Thanks Samantha and Zane!!!
Can’t say enough positive things about this location! Kate G. was so easy to work with, answered my numerous questions, and helped me figure out the best possible deal for my big switch to T-Mobile from ATT. Kind, knowledgeable, and customer focused. Always felt like she was looking out for my interests and how I could save the most $$$ and have the most options. THANK YOU!
Do not go to this store. As a matter of fact, do not use T-Mobile at all. No wonder they're going out of business. I had service through them, bought a warranty, and needed my phone replaced. Not only did they charge me $50 to ship a replacement, but the new phone was broken. I brought it in the next day and showed them, but they refused to replace the broken one they sent me, saying they needed to know within 24 hours of a problem. Well, since I was at work when the phone arrived and didn't get home until after they closed. that would be kind of tough. Too bad, they said. I need to purchase yet another phone, this one at full price. When I refused, they told me fine, I'd be paying for service I couldn't use. I told them I wouldn't pay a bill until they replaced my phone. They said fine, I broke contract and they'd turn me in to a collection agency. Very sleezy. Typical of the problems of "service" these days. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere fast!
Went in to pick up my replacement phone because mine was crapping out ... I was assisted by Andres. INCREDIBLE & smart guy! At 1St it was thought that I wouldn't be able to transfer everything from phone to phone clone basically because new phone had no battery ... Andres took the extra time to find an old battery to use then spent 2.5 hours with me making sure everything was backed up, synced, shared, cloned, etc!!! He never lost patience. He never stopped trying to perfect everything & in the process held great conversation! Teaching me several things about my phone along the way! If you have a Samsung ...this guy is the one to see! If your his manager reading this ...he needs a raise or bonus for the incredible customer service I received! :
Went into the store to figure out why my phone was acting up. I was greeted by a rep named Andres. He knew anything and everything about phones and fixed my phone right up! I was fully prepared to buy another phone but he took the time to fix mine and saved me money! He is also one of the funniest people I've ever met. Over all great experience thanks T-mobile!
I bought a Samsung 8, I was told I would get free headphones with my purchase, when i got home they weren't in the bag. I called and was informed I was 5 days shy of my qualifying date which the sales guy didn't bother telling me while I was there. I had just purchased a $750 phone and you can't waive the qualifying date? Had I been told up front what was going on I would have waited the 5 days to purchase my phone. I wish your employees were more honest and up front with the small details.
BUYER BEWARE! Similar experience to many other I see... They took advantage of my wife when she came in needing a new phone. GEORGE helped her pick out a phone and told her it comes with 2 cases, a car charger, screen protectors, and a battery pack. My wife asked if it was free, he said YES. 2 months later, all these accessories showed up on our bill. We went in to the store over 10 times to talk to a manager. The manager was "not there" or was "in a conference call". We would ask the employees when the manager would be available, and they always give us a time. We would come back at that time and it was always the same thing. Many of the employees appeared to be covering for each other. Long story short, we still have yet to speak to a manager, and he has not returned our phone calls and messages. T-Mobile as a company is fantastic. This particular location however, is full of commission hungry jerks. Only person I talked to that actually seemed to care was Leo. He tried to help us, but only a manager can actually fix the problems we had. This store is involved with severely unethical business practices that I hope T-Mobile steps in a clears up. In the end, we got connected with cooperate t-mobile customer relations after several phone calls to customer service. I was given an email to submit a problem. Within a week I got a phone call from customer relations. They apologized and removed the accessories from our bill they also removed the jump insurance, which we initially told George we didn't want. For anyone out there who has run into the same problems at this store, I hope this helps. DONT EXCEPT, "sorry, there's nothing we can do. It's past the 14 day return policy." There's always something they can do. Sad to see so many people working in "customer service" that have no clue of what that means. There are other jobs that would suit you better.
