Did not get help and barbie the employee there didn't submit any payment correct and called the customer service because they said I got a refund when I didnt get anything back she took 42.00 from me $. Worst store I been too.

It was a good experience the guy that works there gave me a very good deal I am on a monthly income and for way less money that the other store was asking me for I got a phone a case and a glass protector thank you so much I'm defenetly going back over there and taking my friends and family over

I came to the store and got a new phone I did not authorize insurance on my phone they asked me repeatedly and repeatedly said no but they still put insurance on my phone without my permission it is not fair to me to add onto my bill without my permission

Stinks inside the store, the bald Hispanic employee had his wife and two kids eating food, laughing speaking Spanish while there is a long line of unhappy customers. Will never use this location again.

Went here to pay phone bill instead of going to the one in at gate way mall. Don't like getting asked if I'm looking for drugs every time I went to the mal... it was more of a walk but worth it friendly staff and in and out fast thanks
