PC Laptops

I needed a static resistant bag for a laptop I sold & needed to ship. They were accommodating & helpful here. They have a knowledgeable staff & seem to have fun when they can. They are helpful to answer questions & don’t sugarcoat answers just to please you. They tell you how it is, without being rude. The prices seemed to be fair too!

PC Laptops really deserves at 10 star rating. I've been a customer for years and appreciate them so much. Recently my desktop of 11 years began to fail me. Sadly, it was beyond saving since replacement parts would not fit the case it was in, but they gave me a fantastic credit and have put together the computer of my dreams. Now, if they would only open a store in Naples, FL where we have moved. They may be a long way away in Utah, but I'll do business with them before even looking locally because how helpful they have been to a "long-distance" customer and put out a great product and give such great service!

I had forgotten my laptop charger while traveling, gave them a call and stopped by. Got the cable and now I don’t have to work on the weekend to make up time! Alex at the store was a great help! PCs on display also looked really nice with great cable management.

I had a great experience here. They offered me lots of information about my PC and helped me choose the right upgrades. Then they got the parts in and completed the work very quickly. 5/5 stars, I will definitely be coming back to this location for all my computer needs. The person who helped me was Harrison at the SLC state street location.

I was looking to buy a new laptop and remebered seeing this store, so I decided to go to it. The staff were so friendly and eager to help. I purchased a custom built laptop and it was ready for pick up in less than 24 hours. My laptop was completed exactly to my specifications. 10/10 would highly recommend this establishment to others and will happily return for any needs.

I had been having trouble with my laptop’s battery so I came in to have it looked at. Jason who was very nice and helpful was able to get it up and running in just a few minutes while explaining potential issues and solutions for my laptop. I was incredibly pleased with my experience and know if I encounter more issues I will definitely be coming again.

I built a custom PC on my own and did not purchase any of the components through PC laptops in downtown SLC. I was having issues with the SSD and MotherBoard, I did not have an SSD screw to secure the SSD in the MB. I first called the downtown SLC location to see if the had some SSD screws. Alex P the sales manager confirmed that they had some laying around but could not confirm the size without looking at what was needed. I went to the store at 745 S state St, where Alex greeted me upon entering. I showed him the riser screw that had a thread for the SSD screw, he then went to his desk and came back with the correct screw. I offered to pay for the screws that were presented and Alex told me that there was no charge. Where else can you get service like this? I believe there are not many places like this left that truly care about what they do and their reputation as a business. When I have any issues with computers in the future, you can bet I will absolutely be going to PC Laptops in downtown SLC. Thank you Alex you guys do truly love me!!!

Top Notch!! I actually reside in SoCal but heard nothing but 5 stars when mentioning PCL-SLC that I went with them when building my new laptop!! Informative, knowledgeable and up on what's hot and what's not- these guys are over the top! I was in the phone about 5 minutes and BOOM, my new laptop arrived within 7 days!

Great guys in this store, went in looking for a sf power cord after going to best buy to find out they don't carry them at all. Luckily Alex the sales manager had one for me and didn't even charge me it. Now thats customer service!

These guys have been awesome, helping me out with minor things and sometimes not even charging if it's a small issue. Highly recommend, wouldn't go to anyone else for computer trouble.
