I was treated so special. I am all thumbs when it comes to dealing with my phone. The young lady treated me with respect and had lots of patience. If all of the T Mobile reps were like here this would be a owner world to live in. I was having problems with a replacement phone. She took care of all of my needs and answered all of my questions. Thanks for the experience.

This is one of the best T-MOBILE locations. The staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I live in Delaware County yet I bypass all the TMobile stores that are closer to me geographically to travel to this specific location. Hats off to an exceptional team of employees.
Best Prepaid store i ever been, the sales were very nice and patiently taking care of me. Even i was not a t-mobile customer but they still treated me with the best service. So i decided to switch to T-mobile because of their staff. Hopefully, you guys can keep up your service.
Eling and Yan we're absolutely without a doubt amazing. One out of the many best customer service experiences I've ever had. I bought this in Philly on 908 arch Street suite one they satisfied me to the upmost. I actually paid a lot less than what I was preparing to pay whenever I was ready to get a new phone. However with the price that I paid, I just had to take advantage right away. Great job ladies keep up the good work!
Unfortunately, the Google listing for this store says they are open until 8pm but I arrived a bit after 7:30pm on a Saturday and they were closed. Luckily, the guy behind the counter let me in. I was in desperate need of a charger and I didn't have to beg too much before he agreed to sell me one. He was very nice, found me exactly what I needed, and tested out the charger for me. I walked out of there having only spend about $12. Thank you for being a lifesaver!
Careful people who wanna get phone plans or even phones better go to another location coz stuff in this store are gonna deceive you to steal your money ..3 days ago i went there to get a samsung galaxy s8 plus they said they don't have it in stock but they have the s9 plus instead and they didn.t even take the time to tell me about the promotion t-mobile has to offer which is if you buy s9 plus you can add another line and get another s9 plus for free ..so they just took the money and gave me the phone without even saying a damn word about that promotion until my friend told me about it and when i came back this afternoon to get the phone they said that i should add a line for that and i agreed to do it for my girlfriend but after a while they said that it.s not gonna be possible to get the second phone coz i should have asked for it the 1st day and in order to proceed i should return my phone and start the whole process all over again ..it.s a joke right?? ..it really sucks it.s not professional at all ..well t-mobile new customers good luck but i'm switching to another company more serious about their business
Do NOT go here. They charged me twice for the same phone. Telling me the payment did not process on my debit card then charged my credit card both charges went through . I called Tmobile who said I had to go to the store to get a refund. They did not want to give me a refund told me to call my bank.

So I walk in the #tmobile store 908 Arch St china town bc I had a question about my phone that I had for almost 2wks new service...When I walk in it's one customer being helped and 2 other sale associates just looking at a phone, so I stand in line to be served only one in line mind you the associates never greeted me whatsoever they're just staring smh!!!! So I'm waiting & waiting NOTHING, the customer finish and she leaves so I'm still waiting for about another 10 mins bye then I'm getting annoyed so the asian sale associate keep starting but not saying anything.....couple minutes goes bye and in walks another customer asian she's greeted and walks to the counter....and started being served FINALLY after me being in the store for 20 mins the asian sale associate points to me for her other co-workers to see me and AGAIN they just starred at me.....I walked out in disbelief I couldn't believe it #smh and I'm suppose to give #tmobile my money what happened to making customers feel welcomed & appreciated it?? This post is from a customer who was in the store on December 12th. Check the footage on their cameras. Guess they showed their true colors.......some hues don't matter!!
