Thank you Campus T-mobile for a job well done. Extraordinary customer service. Exceptional staff and effective leadership. Everyone, knowledgeable of the latest updates T-mobile has to offer. I appreciate the time taken to make sure my equipment worked to the max!!
Me and my husband went in there earlier today, this is about the man who was working at around 4:10pm in the closest booth to the door. My husband has been having issues with service, texting, calling internet. From the very start I could tell this guy just does not care in the slightest, we told him the problem and he literally did nothing. So I asked if he could at least check the account And he just said for what? Your service is fine. Um? And you know this how? You didn't even check. I've worked in customer service before, and another phone provider so I hate writing this but T-Mobile cannot be that different. There could be some kind of hold or issue with billing or their plan. He did NOTHING. just said oh LG no longer makes phones so sometimes that just happens. I have an LG, my mom has an LG, we have no issues so instead of guessing maybe try actually doing your job and at least do the bare minimum.
AMAZINGGG - Miranda 5 stars, 11/10 recommend asking for her !! She took the time to not only to explain everything in detail, she broke down all the numbers and wrote everything down. Such a sweetheart, knowledgeable, and patient!
Went in to drop off my trade in and get a new sim card. Karly was very helpful and got us taken care of right away.
The staff inside have no interest in explaining anything at all. We came in looking to do a trade in for a new phone but they guy gave us a false estimate without even asking about our current plan, not to mention his failure of doing basic explaination. Definitely not a pleasant experience and I will probably make my way to other T-Mobile stores instead.
KC was very helpful and extremely friendly with helping me choose a new device. This T-Mobile works fast and all the workers seemed really kind.
We got the job done but the associates weren't very helpful. The managers stepped in and figured out the issue we were having and got it resolved.
I bought a galaxy s21+ here and I specifically told the staff there I didn’t want to finance the phone and asked if I could still get the deals going on. He said yes so I was suppose to get my phone for 500 after trade in so when I traded in I only got 150 and left with a balance of 800 then he made me make a payment of another 500 online and then I realized it was not at the sale price. I requested a refund and my phone back. This was back in may and I have not received my refund.
Excellent service. I came in looking for an upgrade on my father’s iPhone and Charles helped me/walked me the whole time. He was patient and thorough about the whole transaction. And I’ve never felt so helped before like today from a T-Mobile rep in my life! Highly recommend asking for Charles next time you go to this store!
I went to this store because it was closer to home, and the guy who decided to help us was everything but helpful! Apparently he couldn't help me because my I.D. wasn't valid. But I went to another store about a day or 2 previous and they were more than willing to set me up with the 2 phones and extra line I wanted. Apparently the guy didn't want to make this sale. Then he suggested adding my bf as an authorized person through 611. Called 611 and there was call waiting time up to 45 mins! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went back to the other store and they had no problem with it. Don't go to this location, they Apparently are too good for the money we were forking out!
