Went in to just ask a few questions and walked out with a great deal that we couldn’t refuse. Thank you Bill for being a great help to us, he really got us a great deal and was super patient and kind to us.

When to have my screen protector repaired but as it was not put oncorrectly staff tried to do it again but it was not successful

I was shopping around, decided to try a new CEL phone company carrier, went to this store just to check it out to possibly make a change, I received a warm welcome and great service at the store from Jovana & Jennifer, they both work very hard helping me with the transfer and with all the details. Just a Wonderful experience, I’m sure SPRINT must be very proud of them. Without any doubt 5 stars!! Thank you. Gracias.

They won't help. They just want easy sells. They are a tech center but if they aren't collecting money from you they'll send you off. SMH very upset customer

Wouldn’t recommend coming to this T-Mobile try any other one but this one, I came in with my friend to trade a phone in add a new phone line and have his number switched from his carrier to that phone line and get a new iPhone 13 pro max. Something that should be easy. I don’t know how complicated this could be ? so the person there adds the line and phone trade in value says you’re monthly total will go up $46 that’s it! Also she tried to say his phone was only worth $400 when it was $800.had to correct her on that even tho I don’t work there ‍.That’s for the phone line, phone protection, and for the phone itself, we said okay sounds good that’s what I was expecting from checking on the T-Mobile app. Well two weeks go by and my phone bill updates to almost $90 more then what it was it went from $190 to $287! And I check the details they added two lines! so I went in there and basically they said the only thing they can do is remove the line that my friend wants to keep with his phone number because the other line they added has the trade in credit so they can’t remove it. I was on the phone with a T-Mobile expert supervisor, she at least got me $90 credit for the line $15 for 6months and removed the protection for the other line that no one is using and told me her self that this store ripped me off and she wishes there was more she could do. She left a note for the higher ups she said about my experience at the store because she was on the phone with me when I was talking with the manger and he said there was nothing they could do. Highly don’t recommend coming to this store hope they get some better training!

I set up an appointment to have my phone's screen repaired. Walked in And was quickly greeted by Calvin. He took a look at my phone, asked if I had any other issues, which I'm glad he asked, because I did. The speakers weren't working properly, as everyone said I sounded under water and when I recorded videos it sounded scratchy. He was really quick and said no problem, don't worry, I'll take care of it, and to come back in exactly one hour. I showed up in an hour, he came right out with my phone And repaired it like new. He even offered to call so we could test it out, but I trusted him. Im am very happy with the service and Calvin's excellent customer service! Thank you!

My experience here was for sure amazing, I have been dealing with some trouble for three months now about a damaged phone. Mike ayala here took in liberty to care of me. He gave me his time and called corporate on his land line. Mike basically vouch for me even though that has nothing to do with his job. Just as I saw him and his team do to many other customers being friendly figuring what's best for each individual. I am forever grateful thanks mike.

Bryan gave us excellent service loved that he noticed my friend only spoke spanish and switched automatically to help him get his phone fixed.

Went here today to get my cracked screen fixed. Customer service was very attentive but not pushy at all the vibe was peaceful the Technician Gil was Amazing not sure what all he did to my phone Galaxy Note8but it looks and runs like new. In less than 45min I was out Thank you Guys sooo Much

I would highly recommend this T-Mobile store they have great customer service very professional and friendly. I went to a different T-Mobile store before this one and they were horrendous and left me as an angry customer. So I decided I would try this one out and I'm so glad I did because they were on point! Definitely come to this T-Mobile store before different one.
