Originally I went in to install an a129 plus duo, but he was able to show me that my specific dash cam had a major flaw, and recommended I refund to upgrade to an a229. A week later, he installed it in under 3 hours, clean with no wires visible. Very nice guy, with an honest business. Couldn't recommend him enough.

Good communication. Clean install with customer-supplied equipment. I have a similar setup on a Subaru that I installed, but it wasn’t as clean as this. Everything works as it should.

This guy "Aaron" needs a serious attitude check. I contacted him for a quote to install my dash cam, which he gave me. Then I also inquired if he can install a second battery so my dashcam can run continuously. His response, which completely threw me off, and furthermore completely made me lose interest in getting my dashcam installed here was his snarky and rude response to "go somewhere else because we only do dashcam installs". That type of response tells me everything that I need to know about him and why it's imperative that businesses treat customers with RESPECT! If he responded as a PROFESSIONAL somewhere along the line of "Unfortunately, we only handle dashcam installs. Maybe another shop might be able to assist you with the 2nd battery install", then I would've been completely okay with doing that first and afterwards making my way to his shop for the dash cam install. All would've been good! But no, seems like driving away potential customers is his strong suit. Gladly I know I'll be spending my money elsewhere where a business sees their customers as a human first, and not just a dollar sign!

Wanted to get a dash cam hardwired with a battery for parking mode. There were some local car audio shops but none were specialized in dash cams. Found AceDashcam and am glad I did. He even put the car keys in a bag to make sure they don't get scratched up. He installed a 2 channel system with battery backup and it is CLEAN. Aaron noted that the cameras were positioned optimally and all the wiring was done to ensure there was no interference to anything. He then explained how to use it and made sure everything was clear.
