I’m try to change iPhone for my parents here. The rep Aaron try to up sell us their phone cases and chargers and we refused. Then he told us the phone is not in the stock. I asked if I could just order it and get it shipped instead of take it today he try to talk me to go to another location. The store is empty we are the only customers, no wonder why there’s no business here. T Mobile better change this kind of staff.

I dropped off a phone I had traded in thru T-Mobile online with the shipping label on 10/8/2022 This phone still has not been received by T-Mobile I have called multiple times only to be told te manager is not in In 3 weeks I’ve talked to him twice. Both times he promised to call me back with shipping info and never has! He is never there ! Never available DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE! T-Mobile has tried to call and was also told he’s not in until Sunday and it’s Thursday ! Absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !

Craig and his crew are very helpful and the customer service here is great. He does a great job as a leader and his team reciprocates great service. Shoutout To Jacob and Trish, excellent work guys.

I get there was only two. But giving someone the heads up about the wait would have been great. I just wanted to pay a bill but I feel uncomfortable about there customer service.

I am not a cellphone tech woman, and staff always helps me with whatever I request.....u need someone like that, because being a senior it's tough.....I have a landline phone too.

I have never had better service at a store. Like most people, my phone has my life on it. So when something goes wrong, it is stressful! Craig was kind, patient and sincere from the first call to the in store experience. The team in store was fantastic! I can't say enough. The team won my forever loyalty, and now I'm a proud owner of their home internet! I couldn't be happier! Thank you Craig and team! Wow! I'm so impressed

In all my years, I have never received customer service so utterly genuine. I was amazed at the way Thomas and Rick conducted themselves, with cheer when we walked in to the way they entertained us until we left. We were there for almost an hour but it felt as if it was only 15 min, to the extent I wanted to stay and keep talking to them. Their kindness and easy going conversion lifted my spirits and made my day brighter. Special thanks to RickRichard again, I’m still in disbelief about what you did for me.
