Very bad customer service from supervisor Sergio. I asked him to print my call history for the month of October and November up to the 12th, and he told me that it could not be done, I felt that he did not want to help me and I went to another T-Mobile where they effectively helped me and printed the information that I needed. I went back to show him the bad work and lousy customer service from the supervisor Sergio and he himself turned his back on me and told me that if I went to complain that I could leave, he voted me out of the location with a total lack of professionalism. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. this man should not be working as a supervisor anywhere because he does not know how to treat customers with respect and professionalism
Customer Service is great. Thanks, Jorge. At this location, I solved my problem. He should teach CSR to all t-mobile personnel, including the people who answer the phone abroad. I hope T-mobile's CEO could see his expertise, that way the company will avoid a lot of issues.
I went to change my IPhone glass protector and the “lady” who was doing customer service didn’t want change it because in the system just showed that my phone has insurance, so she asked me for the receipt when I bought the screen protector… obviously I don’t have it, so she said well why you didn’t take a picture of it… Do you know how many pictures people used to take every day!!! If you’re not going to buy something, they don’t want to take care of you
Be very careful in this store. I walked in and this employee with a terrible attitude came up to me and I asked him what kinda deals they have he immediately jumped in to checking my credit. No discussion of deals they had or anything just needed my credit swears up and down it doesn't affect my score or anything just rushes me along and then shows me the screen and tries to get me to sign without reading it where it says that it will affect my credit rating. He tries to say yeah that's your rating not your score. This dude is in here trashing people's credit in hopes of getting a sale and lying about it. Straight up dirtbag.
Took my time to come in for a few transactions , after Waiting 30 minutes for my turn , the representative sends me directly to contact customer service . When customer service directed me to a T-Mobile store . Worst customer service ! Rude representatives ! Will never come to this location

Rude disrespectful Staff after coming in 12 years in a row and receiving the same overall rude disrespectful service I need to stop coming to this location. Every time. Maybe go with AT&T because I’m over it
Been with T-Mo for years! Not too happy with this recent $35 activation fee they've implemented. Purchased a new phone a few days ago and they hit me with an activation fee. I mean I already have service, what is there to activate?
Great customer service from the Spanish female employee who works here. I broke my Pixel 6 phone while attending NFL draft 2022. I went here to purchase another one. Store had what I needed so I purchased it no problems
