My husband and I came about half an hour before closing on black Friday, which no doubt was a hectic day, and found all the staff to be joyful, helpful, and competent. Lancie helped us and truly went above and beyond to explain everything, get us the best deal, and make sure we were all set up!

Associates are pretty welcoming and helpful, but worse experience today with Sales Associates Tami today. She could be a little more personable and welcoming, felt brushed off during the whole encounter.

Didn't make a purchase this day but Did 2days after had a good friendly staff help me he was from Florida 1mth in NYC n TMobile in Brooklyn. He explained everything n was very helpful.

I didn't actually purchase a phone yet but Will Taylor was extremely helpful in letting me know about different options. He is very knowledgeable and I'll definitely be back soon to buy a phone from him.

NEVER OPEN . Every day it’s closed. THEY OPEN WHEN THEY WANT. THEY DONT OPEN AT ALL SOME TIMES.

Came to the store for an upgrade. Got a new phone and they helped me transfer all of my information. Shae helped me and then Casandra helped me put the screen protector perfect. Best T-Mobile workers ever. Thank you will come back to this same store.
