Went to get a SIM card and $30 plan and the guy tried to scam me. I had to threaten to call the police to get my money back and ended up getting the plan hassle free on the cricket website with free activation. Poor customer service
They ain’t never open when they say they are ! Hire new staff to operate in your proper hours . This is the 5th time I’ve been by during opening hours and they are no where to be found.

Store front is very modern in a new building, clean location. Sales staff could use training, so I would locate another Cricket store in the area if you have questions or need advice.
