The customer service was AMAZING last time I was there, Odanis helped me and did a wonderful job....but this time someone named Joel helped me and was very rude and didn't seem to know anything about how phones work or what he was doing. Do better.
Horrible service, I even felt discriminated by the staff, the should remove the management because they really don't care about customer service

Visited this store a couple weeks ago and Justin helped me with my problem I couldn’t solve after calling customer service non stop!! He was super cute and friendly and I had a great experience. Will make this my go to T-Mobile store!!
