Customer Service is amazing! Very quick and easy and the people here explain any questions I have very nicely! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a phone or service.

They say they close at 8, went at 7:30 and they were closed. I've had that experience with them a few times. Went in a few weeks ago to buy a new phone since I'm due for an upgrade. Spent an hour waiting in line and talking to the guy about my options. He talks me into spending a little more then I normally do and buying the new Samsung. After weighing my options for a while and thinking it through I finally agree to buy the top model to which his reply is "we don't have it in" I ask "when does it come in" he says "they aren't getting it in that store" he sends me to another Boost dealer about a mile away. I walk in and ask the guy about the phone, by this point my heart is set on it and I just want to get it over with. He tries to charge me close to double the price I was given in the first store for the phone that I wanted and kept pushing me to buy a different model with less memory and speed for even more money. I got so fed up with the whole experience I wound up ordering my phone through Boosts website. Had to wait a week but it came and I love it. I will say I've been going to them for years and if you want to get an inexpensive plan and phone like an LG they're great. They're quick and even give you some great deals and free extras like phone cases. If I didn't switch to the new Samsung and stuck with LG this would be a 5 star rating

Customer service is very friendly. Eddy is really nice, I asked him for extra discount and he gave it to me : Some of the customers are a bit annoying and get extremely frustrated by the wait time. So I do recommend to be alert if you come into the store. Customers might get loud and rowdy. The store has some nice phone items and Boost cell phones.

My phone service is being transferred to Boost and i needed a new phone. Walked in and was greeted by an employee who was eating. I asked about the transfer and was told "i dont know anything about that". ok. Asked if i could purchase a new phone today in store and transfer my account. was told "youll have to call Boost, we cant keep your old number Expressed that i did not have phone which is why im here to purchase one and asked if i could perhaps borrow a phone to call boost so i can confirm how to transfer account. Was replied too with a no and a shrug. Really awesome Boost....excited to join your service.

They have a promotion for $50 for a iPhone 6s Plus but the guy said he only has one in the store and can’t sell me it for $50 cause it’s already activated. So I would have to pay $160 since as he says “ the phone is registered and not the SIM card “. BAIT AND SWITCH

Don't go to this store. Paid for 4 for 100 deal, For my children. Wound up with 4 for 155, And they will not fix it. Terrible service. And they try to trick you in to getting insurance although they will never replace or fix your phone.

They're nice people but claim to be able to fix phones and can't! They fix one thing and mess up something else. They’re also discriminative against their African American customers hence why they don’t get too many anymore.

I bought a 30 day prepaid sim from here. It was already activated.. About 20 days after buying it, I got a message from the carrier informing me that my plan would expire at midnight. Very disappointing. I needed and paid for 30 days of service, only for it to end prematurely.

Really horrible place to go get your phone fixed they don’t know what thier doing they messed up my phone here DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE REPAIRED HERE FOR WHAT EVER REASON they will make it worst am going to file a complaint against this store very poor service
