They are scammers!! Dont come here!! they make you pay over price for your phone bills! They give you NO Receipts! If you choose not to pay they automatically cut off your line on purpose!! Happened today with my father !! DO NOT COME HERE!!

Great customer's services the new management is way better and they willing to help , I did a upgrade and Beatrice help me a lot ahead transfer all my information from my last phone and download all the app I ask I left happy from this store .

The new management is very helpful and knowledgeable. Andy answered all my questions and was very helpful. Much better than the corporate store on broadway.

if your one of those who like's customer service when you call don't bother not one of these stores in Brooklyn 11206 area even pick up the phone they plan out stink up the place.

So you guys did a giveaway a few months back and i was a winner and you guys took a picture of me and congratulated me and i never received anything i would never ever have metroPCS as a carrier due to this terrible experience.
