This location is rude an unprofessional. There procedure for letting ppl are are done wrong an unprofessional. I had to walk away an go buy me an iPad which I never use . Tmobile the procedure for letting ppl in need to be better operated an considered .
Went in told them my problem she was able to help fix it.
Place is ok . But here's the thing whenever I use to go here to pay a bill, the system would be down or slow I dont know if its yall server or network issues. Also app dosent qork well only t mobike Tuesday does.
Shopping at bobbys is Really a good thing ,the prices through the roof ,very good thank you.
