Hurricane Irma hit on Sunday, my first call to T-3 was on Tuesday night before the hurricane (5 Days), by wednesday AM my internet was completely down, this could not have happened at a worse time as I was in process of transferring my network operations to our Midwest Office. I received three different stories as to what the issue was and how they were working on it throughout the day. Last call I made was Wednesday afternoon and T3 abandoned their offices. This is not a way to do business as a service provider, today is Friday after the hurricane and they still do not answer the phone nor can you get a call back.
