Taco Bell

If you are going to this Taco Bell 11-2am just forget about it. I’m surprised these employees make it to work in one piece. Who ever is in charge of hiring is clearly looking for a warm body. After being told they were out of almost everything, I set in line for 40 minutes. Finally got my food and it was completely wrong, I drove around to the window to let them know and they asked me to get back in the 40 min line...who has an hour and 20 minutes for nachos? Get real. Rather than arguing with them in the drive way on why an hour and 20 minutes for nachos is a bit crazy I tried calling...their response “complain, we’re franchise” Update: I called management the following morning(they opened late) because I wanted my money back for the food I didint receive. The manager was super rude, it made it clear where the employees get this audacity. I’ll definitely not be coming back.

I'm currently sitting in the drive thru because they're super slow. I ordered my food & they tell me that they've run out of nacho cheese, but they can substitute shredded cheese instead for an extra $0.40 per item. They absolutely refused to just or the cheese on there without charging me $0.40! First off all how does Taco Bell run out of nacho cheese?! Secondly, if you screw up don't make your customers pay for it. They ended up giving me a free Cinnamon Twist (because I told them to), but it was half full & I still paid more than I would have if they didn't screw up.

The drive thru did an outstanding job. Friendly and even made sure my order was correct before they handed me my bag.

This place sucksssssss! Got there at 10:30pm didn't get food in drive thru until 11:15pm. When we got up to the speaker we asked for a power menu bowl and they told us they don't do them after 11, we told them we've been in line 30 mins before 11 but they didn't care. They were not friendly or apologetic. Avoid this taco bell if you can. I'm never going there again!

Major problems if you try to go to this taco bell after 10pm. Wait times are frightening. It is like they simply stop trying. Not every customer at night is intoxicated so service should not suffer as much as it does. Very disappointing.
