Got a gordita crunch wrap and I can see through it. Got a CHICKEN grilled cheese burrito and there isn't any chicken on it. Got a crunch wrap supreme and its missing the crunch pieces. Waited over a half our to have our food be wrong.Food: 1/5
Food was consistent with expectations. Took a little longer than usual for the food to come out, but they were busy with delivery orders and drive-thru. Dining room was empty aside from crusty Door Dashers, clinically clean, and cold; making the wait seem longer and more depressing.Food: 4/5
I am in love with the Steak Power bowl. It's a shame this store ruins it so often. If you're lucky enough to get through the drive through in less than 20 minutes congratulations. I ordered Sweet Tea, there was almost zero ice and a Steak Power Bowl. No utensils or napkins, no tomatoes, no refried bean, the black beans and rice were so over cooked the rice was crunchy and there was very little Steak in the bowl. Sad to say the iceberg Lettuce was the best part of it. I could only force myself to eat about 1/3 of it because I was starving and had to run. Someone needs to come in and take it over, a successful manager from a separate location. Their success rate on my orders are about 20%, the rest of my family refuses to even try anymore. If there was another Taco Bell remotely close we would never eat at this location in Altoona. 26 years in restaurant management and I am simply appalled. Please someone open another location nearby. Also, there was only 2 cars in front of me, when my boyfriend went in to get me utensils there were only 3 people in the store. There simply is no excuse.
This place is different it is taco bell & KFC together. I ordered from KFC ordered 3 breasts large mashed potatoes & biscuits. They were a little slow at drive through. But food was hot & fresh.Food: 5/5
This Taco Bell is part of a KFC and the last 5 times I stopped, I waited in lne behind 6 cars only to find out that the Taco Bell side of the business was not serving food. The inside sit down was also closed. When I asked where the closest Taco Bell was, the person on the speaker said, "You have a phone.... Goggle it!" Very rude!! The store should have a large sign before you wait in the drive thru to let you know the Taco Bell is closed. The Taco John's down the street was doing some major business!!
Kiddos wanted tacos. The only thing available KFC. Food was extra greasy and messy. The establishment and staff were ok.Food: 1/5
Only had one issue. The sprite my granddaughter ordered was flat when getting it at the window. But overall was pretty good.Food: 4/5
The dining room was dirty, every table had food on them, the chairs had food on them the floor was disgusting. I didn't have my phone on me or I would have taken pictures.Food: 1/5
Rude employees at this place. Didnt get what I ordered. Got charged $1.50 for a cup of ice water. When I asked about it I was told very sarcastically, "thats the way of the world" she was very rude and condescendingFood: 3/5
This is really just a KFC. They close the Taco Bell side when they're short staffed. I've pulled into drive thru to find them only offering the KFC side more times than not in the past month. One night I pulled in at 6 to find they were closing the store altogether because only one employee was left in the store. I understand it's hard to staff anywhere these days but I can't imagine they're treating employees very well with as poor as the retention appears to be lately. I will say most of the staff I have engaged with over the past several months have been up to expectation or better for service at the very least.
