Never gets the order right & whatever food they do make is terribleFood: 1/5
I am really upset & dissatisfied with Taco Bell, I ordered 5 of the spicy potato soft tacos but there was no potatoes inside of them just only sauce & lettuce, & I ordered 2 party pack with half five layer, burritos and tacos. I was really upset when the tacos was damaged and shoved in there. Most of the tacos did not have lettuce or cheese & I was really upset with the five layer burritos most of the five layer burritos to not have all of the five layers. Most of the five layer burritos did not have no meat. The service was good… but the Food was not. I understand that I can go back and get a refund or get a new order. But I have no time the only then I can say is Just one less customer worry about and I ordered this around 6:30 PM
Why pay almost 8$ for this product when you're not given the full amount??? DO BETTER OR CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN. Stop shorting your customers on product. I didn't pay for space in my nachos. This location sucks, plain and simple. Rude staff that mess up orders, people making orders don't care, and managers don't care enough to make things right. Maybe read the reviews and take some notes or are you guys too lazy for that as well?.. FIX IT ALL.
This is the best fiesta veggie burrito I have ever had. I am a Taco Bell frequent flier and just got to anchorage. I’ve eaten at Taco Bell’s all over Idaho, Utah, Washington, and Arizona. This is the best. You Alaskan people cherish this beloved establishment. Look at how saucy my burrito is.
Horrible service and food. They obviously are trying to short people on food and they are trying to be cheap so they can save money on ingredients. This isn't even a standard Chalupa size and they know it. I called to report it and they didn't answer the phone, conveniently. I will definitely be reporting them to corporate.
Fell outside due to slick ice and snow they told my sister they didn't care and refused to go out salt or sand down the walkway my sister said we'd call corporate and the snooty cashier said " we'll just deny it" ... I'm disabled and just so happens my doctor was in the restaurant right before this happened I'll be going to see him tomorrow.... The district manager was amazing and made the staff in question take some classes in customer service .
Inside and drive-through were packed. I went through the drive-through and Andrew G I believe; on my receipt was extremely polite when asking if id be okay waiting before taking my order, also informing me it’d be a few minutes and then proceeded to transact and hand my food with some of the best manners and such a happy attitude despite the rush and long lines. Something small but really appreciated. Always great service at this location. Vegetarian options: Easy to customize items to make them vegetarian.
I oder the grilled chicken burrito often. This one wad made way too fast. It wad half the size it should be in length and the thickness of the burrito... this is not good at all and something needs to be done about it...
When you go to a place for breakfast. And now the food size is considered a snack! Why does everyone keep making food smaller. My hands don't shrink, why does my food have to?Food: 2/5
