They dig in the fries with their hands and grab them one at a time so your order of fries takes 10 minutes and yeah while there is gloves it’s still nasty to look at someone twirling your fries before you eat them also the problem with that is that Wendy’s food goes bad after 5-10 minutes I know because I worked there so basically instead of giving u fresh food they sit there and talk and wait until your food is bad then they serve it to you after and then on top of that have the nerve to lock the doors all the time. Not only is it super inconvenient to eat at it’s not worth the trip even if the doors are unlocked.
Not only did I not get the double patty on my burger, I didn't get the sweet and sour sauce I asked for after being told they were out of KETCHUP and BBQ sauce.... also my drink was 75% ice... for soda... I get that you'd skimp me on lemonade, but soda!? How do you tell me you don't have ketchup and still forget the sauce I asked for? If it was busy I'd understand but it was a mobile order when it was empty, you had 20 minutes and still messed up the order... and the online app has disabled live chat due to MLK which is understandable, just sucks I can't even bring it up
I hate leaving reviews especially bad ones but the ppl gotta know what’s up, this the 3rd time I said I had to write a bad review but the 1st time I actually did it. Generally if a restaurant is understaffed there is nothing you can do but my goodness shut it down if you can’t deliver quality to paying customers. I can count on one hand the times I’ve received hot food and I’ve been here often. Obviously management is not a priority here and it’s sad because this is a well traffic area. Unfortunately this will more than likely be my last time eating here which is sad because it’s been here all my life
Please close this restaurant down!!! Service sucks and food. It is always closed on the inside …. I swear it is never open….a pothole the size of Texas STILL in the damn drive thru ……does anyone from upper management like a regional manager even frequent the store. Absolutely horrible store. GO TO THE WENDYS less than 1.3 miles away at 1490 N. Cassady instead. Much friendlier, food orders are correct, the inside is always open when the sign states the hours. And if you’re driving the freeway it’s still a great access to the interstate….believe me less stress!
Went through the drive through...waited about 4 minutes before I said hello.. I was then told to wait a minute.....then I got to listen to ALL the store drama. After about 5 minutes of that I asked him if he was going to take my order. He apologized and said I'm sorry I didn't know you were waiting. I told him you knew Because YOU told me to wait.....5 minutes ago. He said oh my bad it's shift change I forgot you were there.... My order was taken. While waiting someone pulled up and started cussing them out about their order being wrong. Then they gave me my order...and you know it was wrong. I ordered 3 Home style chicken sandwiches for $5.79 each. I had their basic chicken sandwich . Told the cashier and he gave me my money back. Not the right sandwich. I will never go to this Wendy's again. Id rather drive all the way to Northern Lights
Waited at the Drive-In for 5+ Minutes with nobody in front of me at 4pm only to get impatient and start to drive off. All the employees were sitting at the windows on their phones talking to people and sitting back. Not answering anyones orders.Food: 1/5
It was 8:00 pm I pulled up to the drive thru Noone was in the drive thru When I arrived . I sat at the speaker for 5 close to 10 mins intermittently saying "hello" people started lining up behind me. I pulled up to the first window after getting tired of waiting. Saw 2 employees having a discussion one clearly with the headset on. Honked my horn and was looked right in the eye and dismissed, honked again and there were 5 employees standing around doing nothing but the most to avoid my eye contact. This was undoubtedly the worse treatment I've ever received even at the worst places as if I was a beggar off the street. I rarely blame the workers and would place it on the management putting too much pressure on underpaid employees but everyone in there looked like they were managing to Clock out for the night no take more orders. But I thought I at least deserved an explanation especially after being made eye contact with.
If they are in-between changing shifts, they will not take your order they will tell you their changing shifts and say they aren't serving. Also I got a salad that didn't have anything on it literally. It was an avocado chicken salad all it had was chicken, no bacon or avocado the service always sucks here.Food: 2/5
Everything was burnt, and It was the wrong order, it’s crazy how I order coke and got cherry coke, plus I ask him to repeat my order, but he gave it to me how he wanted to meat old, egg old, cheese old. Oh and fries are hard like a rock. I just waste my money. I went to this place at 8am and got to bad meal, just getting off work.
Leaving bad reviews isn't my favorite, but this place is bad no matter how many times I try to chance it. They always run out of things, or make your order wrong. Food is cold, or overcooked. If I pay for a upgrade in size, they always give you the smallest one. Never have the sauce you want. Very confrontational. Just not worth waiting forever in the drive thru, because they always lock the doors to dine in. And watch out for the huge pothole as soon as you drive off. I don't know, I'm just going to the Cassady location from now on. Even the employees move their location to work there, and speak horribly about this specific location.
