Probably the worst experience I’ve had here in a long time. Most of the time everything is pretty quick and my order is always correct. To 12/19/22 it seemed like no one knew what they were doing let alone know how to read a screen correctly. I came inside thinking it would be faster. Man was I wrong. Every other order was messed up inside which pushed my order back 3 separate times. My order was bumped off screen then 3 more guests that came after I did and received there food after. Every worker was extremely polite considering the circumstances. I would not suggest anyone going here unless you have a spare 45 minutes to wait.
This is worst customer service ever. I go there every day and they messed up my order every day every time I tell them I need a hot sauce and it’s in the receipt and they still not putting hot sauce in my food. They don’t give me fork every time I have to ask for a fork how am I supposed to eat a bowl without a fork or a spoon, this is ridiculous. It look like either management did not train them well or management don’t want them to give fork and the sauces to the customer. I would never go there again.
Seems more expensive than usual. Like truck stop premium pricing for fast food. Though it's a free standing location. I think I'll be taking lunch elsewhere from now on.Food: 1/5
Spoke to Christina about my whole order was wrong she said she’d replace it n I went in with my receipt and Samantha refused to replace it and had attitude Store is awful Called to find out the managers name after she told me rudely to not be taking pics of her, she refused to give me her name n hung up on me
i literally have never had a good experience here. every time i come through everything is wrong. went thru one time around 1:30am, ordered 2 nacho fries got only one, paid $6 for a burrito and got a literal $1 burrito, and there was lettuce and no rice that i PAID for on the taco, it wasnt a doritos taco either like had been ordered. called and they told me to come back and didnt offer another option… im not coming back at two am. had a mobile order this morning and once again it was wrong. literally terrible
They act like they slow on Pershing road how I asks for a 1#2 and was double charge 3 times like I didnt pull up recording I'm going to call the back and get my money back the good thing that's going to save me is that live video that shows I only asked for a 2 and was charge 3xs
Service at this location is generally good. The restrooms and dining area are generally clean. The staff is usually friendly. My biggest complaint is that the menu seems to change weekly and items come and go, but that is a Taco Bell wide problem. I do wish they were open earlier for breakfast.
Our food was cold had to warm it in the microwave. I don't like that.
Had to wait a few minutes to order in person, even though we were the only ones waiting at the counter. Food was good, although we were shorted 3 items. Floor, including the bathrooms, was extremely slick. Extremely slick, so slick that it took me quit a while to get enough traction to be able to open the bathroom door.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: Yes
Service was fairly quick and my food was fresh and tasty I had crispy chicken tacos delicious probably a promo item should be on the menu!
