Long wait times and micro portions 8.99 for cheesy chalupa tacos .....where's the meat ??? First and last trip at this location, bout to add TB to my NO GO LIST Edit see picFood: 1/5

They are as friendly as the constant homeless who guard the door to the entry no matter the time of the day. Then once you past the doors, you are not greetrd at all,they make you stand there for over twenty minutes before you have to yell out to hopefully get someone's attention to take your order. Literally standing at the counter for another 25 to 30 minutes waiting on the order that I placed, I get looked and stared at like why am I standing there. There's no communication once so ever from restaurant employees/management to customers regarding their orders. Finally someone said oh we are waiting on potatoes for your order. Should be ready in another five minutes. Strange thing is, is that it wasn't busy or a rush when I did come in with my family. I wouldn't recommend this taco bell unless you literally have all day to kill time.

Drive thru guy at 12am Sunday morning have EXCELLENT customer service skills! Too bad he don’t have a team of cooks to match his great service. The burritos in the photos are the Beefy 5 layer burrito and a Beefy Melt burrito. Can’t really tell huh? I ordered those burritos but I really got a rice burrito and a bean burrito. The burritos lack ingredients that were suppose to be on them.

I see the Open sign every morning at 5am. I even goggled theories hours. I went to this location about 4 months ago. No one came to the speaker. So I drove to the window. The lady tells me we close for cleaning. Yesterday I visit the same location. They didn't come to the speaker nor the window. Why doesn't the store just turn off their sign? Or change their hours from 5am to 4am. Something. This is misleading and dumb. Maybe this is why The Jack in the Box gets ask the business.

First time here but I loved the customer service and my Vegan cheesy rice burrito yep... Anything that has meat you can substitute for black beans then add Fresco which is Vegan and vegetarian option, but instead of cheese you get tomatoes, onions and cilantro. Mmmm Rachel helped me at front very nice sweet lady... Customer Service and hot food... Will be back... Thank you Rachel for being new and awesome....

I normally like TB, but they basically fed me poison. I was there for lunch on 2/15/24. Had a taco & burrito combo. Could not keep it down. Stomach was hurting the rest of the day. Couldn't eat because of the upset stomach and finally that night I was vomiting all night. Kept vomiting until I was dry-heaving. Then I had bad diarrhea that night. It's been two days & I my stomach is still in pain. Can't eat because I'm still vomiting from the food poisoning. I know they tainted my food. I'm going see about a lawyer.

This was a delivery order that was packaged very carefully and well most importantly it was absolutely correct and I appreciate the attention to detail.Food: 5/5

I wouldn’t say much other than it’s a Taco Bell just like any single other Taco Bell. I really like the potato tacos they’re really really good and showed us to the place it’s not that bad it’s close to the McDonald’s so it’s kind of the same it’s kind of average, but it does deserve a 4.0. Other than that I would just kind a bump up the place a little bit more step of the game, like renew the location and stuff, but Taco Bell is just nails it in the potato tacos are really really good. Shout outs also to any single other taco because it is really really good, my brother RC just passed by and he was really loving it every single time you came from the Philippines and he was just fired up to have some more Taco Bell. I would just say it’s an average spot an hour just so you know if were hungry or do you need food just passed by stop by and everything will be good. They were very much busy with schools days etc BUT TOOK CARE OF US ALL AN TIME TO EXPLAIN ANY SPECIALS, SO I ATE INSIDE CLEAN TABLES, DRINK AREA AND FASTER THAN I EXPECTED SUPER SERVICE THERE WERE 5 3 WOMEN 2 MEN ALL SMILING FACES, INSPIRE OF SOME CUSTOMER S WHO COULDNT READ MENUS ON BIG BOARD, I WAS ONE IAM 79 WITH CANE, TEENAGES WERE NICE , ALSO. I'V BEEN BACK TWICE SINCE AND LATER IN AFTERNOON. IT ONE OF DEL TACO TO ENJOY, THKS 4 SURVEY. MRS. SANDY B. I LIVE UP LAKE MEAD BY WALMART CLOSE BUTITS ONE THATS CLOSE.!

My chicken chalupas had 5 tiny pieces of chicken in them! Took a picture but the review wont let me post it. Cmon TACO BELL.Food: 2/5
