This restaurant is so well maintained. I walked in and couldn't help but notice how clean everything was. I was immediately greeted and placed my order. I got a two entree combo meal which costs $12.99. For the price you do get a lot of food. I chose the super greens as my side but unfortunately they had just ran out. I ended up waiting about 5 minutes for them to prepare a fresh batch which was worth it.
Chow mein was super dry. Rangoon’s where made improperly. I was giving and old soggy egg roll. This location told us we could not taste test items we never had, its not like we wasn’t going to spend money with them. Treated us like some freeloaders. They refused to chop up the teriyaki chicken, just lazy. The servers just slap the food on your tray so sloppy. The security weirdly stands behind of the counter and watch you awkwardly.
I been here in two separate occasions and the same problem. They had me wait for the food which I agreed to but if the line in the inside and the line in the outside is moving quicker then the food being made , and already waited 15mins for it to be cooked but they started serving that food the the drive thru and forget about my order, yes I got a problem. That's low customer service. Yes you tried to give me the food for free but i refuse to get it becuase it's about the principle. I don't want free food I wanted what I paid for quickly. Lost my appetite. Two times on different occasions and all those managers just on there computers shows lack of leadership
Today I order beef broccoli and teriyaki chicken.. For the beef broccoli they just gave me 2 peaces of broccoli and 4 pieces of beef and for the teriyaki chicken they just gave me 3 pieces of chicken it’s not the first time time they do it don’t go to these place no more ..Food: 1/5
The work was being funny maybe if I was Mexican like her she would have put the last 3 in my plate it is not even enough for a bowl or small side order what since did that makeFood: 1/5
I sent a mobile pickup order to this location THROUGH the Panda Express app. I was notified my order would be done 25-30 minutes later, ok. I'm fine with that. I get a text that my order was ready 10 minutes earlier than expected and head into the store to pick up my order. Took a moment to find it, but I got my bag all sealed up and ready to go with all the checks that the order was complete. I get home, start to unpack everything and I'm missing TWO of my entrees. I'm missing my 3rd entree on one meal and the entree out of single entree my bowl. I call the store, notified them of the issue. They offered to make the missing items if I wanted to come back to get them, or "put my name in the book" so I could come back later to be compensated for the error. Let me be clear: This restaurant is out of the way, but is still the most convenient location when I am driving home from my office in the southwest part of the valley. I am not about to put another 10 miles on my car today to go back for a couple of chicken entrees that they can't refund me for because I ordered through their own corporate mobile app. I will not reward incompetence. If an order is not 100% complete it should not be marked complete. Get it together. I will not be back at this location again.
I am not sure what is going on ,at Panda Restaurant's in general it doesn't matter where you go, the plates potions keep on getting smaller and expensier,if you see on these pictures, and ,at the end wen you go pay, what is this thing now that everyone's always asking to round up the check, I mean not just the prices are so high, also asking to donate your change, I believe also as a customer's we are hurting too, and at least give us a good portion of food in our orders,so then we can happily help ,others with the change, and today even the shrimps walnut where burnt-out with black crunchy pieces. I took ot to go so I dint see it until I got home . They have new drinks that I was happy with ,but still small drinks big prices. Lol jajajaja,, Vegetarian options: They have ,steam vegetables Parking: Even though is on a shopping center ,the parking can get ,a little crowded. Kid-friendliness: They also have kids menu ,noodles and orange chicken ND cookies for kids
After work decided to get some panda. Was craving for a while. I did drive thru since I just wanted to get home. The person taking orders didn’t seem friendly at all. They said anything els like if I was bothering them by ordering. I placed my order and I said that’s all. He asked anything else ? I guess he didn’t hear me so I repeated myself, and said that’s all. He said pull forward not even giving me the total or same. Please pull forward. I believe if you are going to have someone at the drive-through window taking orders, they need to be a little bit more professional, and a little bit more friendly. The servers name is Crispin B. Best Panda Express in Las Vegas. Food 6 stars, Atmosphere 6 stars and the staff is 8 stars. I'm rarely on this side of town but when I am this is where I'll be eating.Food: 5/5
Most disgusting food!!!! Delivery through Postmates, but it wasn't a delivery issue, definitely need a new cook. Manager last night was awesome, told me to bring the receipt in today and would replace it with a freshly made meal. Well, I drove here, called before going inside and unfortunately the awesome manager was off so I told the manager Joe on shift tonight about it. Totally switch of management skills, told me to go through Postmates, and only offered a discount and totally undermined awesome Manager from last night. NO thanks.
