Food was quick and correct, and they gave a coupon for a free taco since they were out of the Baja Blast that I ordered on the app. There's a separate line for mobile orders which is cool since I feel like I get to skip the line Let's be real, it's Taco Bell so it ain't fancy but the workers have always been friendly and attentive at this location which is why it gets 5 stars. Check your order before you drive away!!! I ordered a bean burrito and steak quesadilla with extra steak and add onions. The Quesadilla had all the steak in the center and none in 3 slices at all. Center-loaded. The bean burrito only had beans in one side. See pic below of what it looked like unwrapped. Horrible product quality. Order taker was friendly
Nice place. Staff is better now than few months back. But completely screen based ordering. No human to take orders. You can place order online, in app or go to screen and enter your need on screen 4 stations to order. Pretty easy but some combinations are hard to order. Sometimes some combination or substitution they could make earlier cannot be done in new computerized system. You pickup your order on a shelf near the door. You have to pay for water also now, earlier water was free. Dine in is available but only sometimes. They close dine in lobby tables many times due to staff shortage. I have gone a few times to dinein, and had to eat in my car since tables were closed. Dine-in usually seems to take longer than drive thru. And you have to stand and wait while your order is prepared. They do not have sitting area near the order system.
They are severely short staffed and I was stuck in the line over 45 min+. They should shut down until they are able to get staffed appropriately and conduct business normally. The wait time is just ridiculous… they should have given everyone their food for free that was waiting with me. I had a car in front of me and in back; so I was stuck waiting.
I arrived at 6 p.m and the outside lights were off. It looked as if they were closed. The only reason I knew that they were open was because I saw a car leaving the drive thru. Once I started to place my order the drink machine wasn't working and there was no ice. How long is the drink machine going to be down? I went a month prior and had the same issue. I waited a while thinking it would be fixed, but it wasn't fixed. I had to order one of those frozen drinks because my meal came with a drink, so it was either that or bottled water. However, the lady tried to charge me extra for the frozen drink. Why do I have to pay extra when your machine isn't working? I didn't want it anyway. I asked if I could submit my drink for something of equal value and of course, they said no. I won't be coming back ever. They need to invest in their business. There's no telling what else messed up inside. Also, my food wasn't in a bag. They handed my box out the window and I didn't receive the sauce I asked for.

This is hands down the best Taco Bell I’ve been to! The food is always accurate, freshly made, and hot. The staff is what sets this place apart though. Everyone here is so nice! Every time I go through this drive thru the smiles are genuine! It’s not like Chick Fil A where they give you a fake “my pleasure,” with a “customer service voice,” no, this Taco Bell seems to have authentically happy employees. Management at this location must be doing something right. All fast food employees deserve better wages for their hard work, but these folks are over here doing career level work, which I truly hope is recognized. If Taco Bell Corporate ever reads this, you have a model store in this location, please reward them!
Want to give a special shoutout to the staff at this Taco Bell. Yesterday the drive-thru was absolute pandemonium with people cutting each other, blocking off entrances, and you could feel the tension and rudeness. Even with all of that, the team that was doing the afternoon shift was friendly and courteous, my entire order was correct, and all the food was on point. I know this is a fast food chain, but if I could have tipped the employees, I would have and am just sorry I didn't catch their names. Went at around 3 PM if that helps to give kudos where they're due.
I keep trying to give this location a chance, but today was the same story, just a different day. I sat behind one car in the drive thru and no one took their order, so I was luckily able to backup and drive away. On the rare occasions they take your order it is fine…but rarely is this fast food ever fast.
The drive through can get pretty backed up, but I've never had a bad experience with any of the workers. They often through in little coupons for free tacos if the wait is too long.
