Pollo Tropical

This place is hit or miss. I really like the staff, great humans. If you go through the drive thru it’s a 50-50 chance your order may be wrong. Regardless, the food is always tasty. And whatever you do...get the green sauce!

The salsa was ok, the chicken meh, feels more baked than grilled. I took a bite out of the other 3 plantains hoping they would be good but they taste just like they look. The fries might look fine but they were cold and soggy. This happened at various PT locations i really don't think I'm ever trying it again. They just don't even try.

This is the best Pollo in Atlanta! The food is fresh, fast and delicious. Insanely good food at a decent price point. What more can you ask for? The staff is excellent. They’re always friendly and the food comes out before you can blink. I know people have mixed reviews about this place, but I think they’re tough competition. Watch out Chipotle! Also, Lulu, one of the team leads, she is phenomenal. Truly everything you want in an employee. She deserves a raise, promotion, her own dish, something. 10s across the board.

I love me some pollo tropical but today service was horrible. They need better ppl in that drive thru. It's like they are mad at me for buying food. No customer service skills. I used to work at pollo tropical that was my first job back in Miami. This here needs to change. The food is good but those ppl make me not wanna go back.

This Pollo is so good! I really only come because there’s a young lady named Lulu who works here. She makes my experience the best one every time. I would recommend this location!

Small Tropichop..brown rice, black beans, veggie mix, and grilled chicken. My special guy Joseph is always on point. Keep up the good work.

They forgot the Mac and cheese so I had to go back in and grab it. Otherwise, I was pleasantly surprised the food wasn't awful. It's not my first choice but I honestly wouldn't mind going back.

I can't speak for the brand in general, but this specific location was awful. The service was some of the worst I've ever experienced in any kind of dining industry. While the staff was kind, they obviously had poor management and lacked the desire to even be there. I get it, working in fast food isn't the most glamorous thing in the world, I remember not loving my fast-food job, but that doesn't mean I did my job poorly. The quality of service was so poor at this location we considered just leaving but didn't want to be rude. When attempting to order we were interrupted by the guy taking our order multiple times, they were 'out' of most everything we tried to order, and what we did get was completely wrong. I ordered a bowl with chicken, lettuce, black beans, corn and tomato... what I got was a bowl of lettuce and corn. The sides we ordered were cold and the quality of the food was really poor. I'm disappointed in this experience and hope the management makes significant changes.

Not the first time we have gone and tried to get a meal here for them to be out of an item. I understand that happens in the food industry. Yet for their sake they hopefully are able to plan better since there is so much competition in this area. These are one of many reasons that people do not come back to establishments. If I were an owner I would secret shop my own store to make sure I was getting the best product to my customers.

I love the Mojo pork, side choices and sauces. So good and lots of food!
