Taco Cabana

My Experience was horrible and unbelievable. I waited in the drive thru for more than 10 mins before I drove around to window! you know thinking because it was raining this day maybe speaker is hard to hear when I got to the window is when things got very disrespectful and very rude… two different employees looked at me TWICE and then started back talking, I blew my horn and the employee name Makayla that the name that was given after no one new it gave me the finger! I went inside to report and no manager was available to help and then I was told I could not order just a couple drinks. I ask for corporate number and was printed out a receipt from someone else order and looks like they got their drink only! I’m very upset and angry this happened to a customer that paying out of pocket.

Seems since Covid came about, this location hasn't been the same. Staff seems less, food is still tasty but there is never many people there when I go which is usually Sunday after church, which may be the reason. A lot has changed since Covid, especially the fast food industry, but its not there fault so I will continue to support. I think they are doing the best they can with what they have.

What happened to this place? My cheese dip was burn tasting. My fajitas were rubbery. The chips were stale and hard to chew and the cashier wouldn't talk loud enough to be heard. Definitely a terrible experience!

For this location to have a drive thru is reduntand. How you going to take an order from the drive thru, and take the same order again in the window. They have zero communication skills with each other. They all look lost. Its 10:16pm and i get it they are tired, but its a repetative process how you ganna mess that up. They need to work on productivity and delegate correctly. It looks like the cooks left and the clean up crew had to fend for themself. Who is the corprate manager his frenchising on par but lack of leaders at the store. So sad

This place is horrible. Went on the inside & because of social distancing ,the dining was closed,and yet filthy.I paid $14 for 2 shredded chicken bowls,make no mistake I'll pay whatever if it is worth it. But take a look & you be the judge of it. It really doesn't deserve 1 star. We ask for everything & only 1 was fully loaded. I'm done, they will never receive anything else from me again. My money won't spend there ever.

The manager was rude her name is Ms.Magun whatever to employees she was talking to them like Trash while she kept asking do yall want to go come...The Cook the one with dreads name Shawn was very nice and patient and handled all orders accordingly.....

This place be either a hit or miss. I would say about 50% of the time I have some kind of issue. Sometimes my order is wrong. Sometimes I get a taco with half of the food inside. And sometimes everything is good. I wish I had more good experiences here.Takeout: Yes

The customer service was excellent, food fresh, drink superb!! However, it took a little longer than expected to get our food... even though it wasn't a long line or a lot of people in the lobby.

I paid $9 for three tacos and this is what I received. The presentation is horrible and at least tell people when they order it’s only meat and the mild sauce. I usually have decent experiences here, not this time.

Lazy people who don't want to work. Bad service every time. Waited 20 minutes at the register and no one wanted to take any orders. Just standing around doing nothing. Many customers left. Ordered a quesadilla and it was not good. Went January 12 and they did not want to make the flour tortillas. This location always has excuses and bad service. Went for breakfast tacos. Had to wait 30 minutes and got cold overcooked eggs. Just nasty.
