It takes 6 months to get repairs done examples: stove broke, ceiling falling down in bathroom, sink doesn’t turn off, and leak in bathroom. They have one to two maintenance men working on the entire apartment complex, the owners don’t care about keeping tenants.

I been living here over 6 years and since this company took over they haven't done any maintenance  i have a hole in my shower, my kitchen sink is leaking and I have send them multiple emails about fixing my apartment.....DONT MOVE HERE ...IT HORRIBLE....I CANT WAIT TILL MY LEASE IS UP

     good thing I read these reviews bc the picture they paint online is quite the opposite
