WOW I called to make my first appointment and the receptionist was so rude! She even hung up on me when I said I’d call her back before I could even finish my sentence. Based on that woman alone I will not be taking my business there and be telling be expectant friends to avoid that place also. It’s really sad that good Drs will keep these horrible people employed when they are suppose to be the face of the business!

Dr Taguba is a good doctor; he thinks about his patients health intensively. There was once, during the pandemic, that he cared for his patient's health concerns over the phone! No need for a needless doctor visit! Dr Taguba does SCOLD his patients, but he has good intent in mind. He scolded his patient for not frequently taking care of his health as he was told, but he spoke in an endearing way. Conclusion, It is evident that he does cares, very much so, about his patient's health. : Context: I cannot disclose who the patient is, He is a family member, and had some minor health issues; he is all better now!

Dr Taguba is amazing. He is passionate about the childen that come to his office. It's the front office manager that's the problem. She is the most unprofessional office manager I've ever met. She is rude and can care less about anything other than that office. We missed an appointment due to an emergency. When we called to reschedule she raged as if we owed her something and showed no care about why we had missed our appointment. When I asked to reschedule she made the appointment and then made the remark " we'll see if you show up this time", and then just hung up. It's a true shame that an incredible pediatrician has such low life staff. Needless to say we will no longer be seeing him.

This place deserves zero starts, I didn't believe the reviews about the receptionist being so rude, but they were not exaggerating. Its a woman with maybe an Asian accent. Its not even about having good customer service this woman is incredibly horrid.

I just called to set my kids an appointment, I said I need to make my kids an appointment & the rude phone receptionist said “Why?” Then I told her “well that’s rude, why else would someone call a pediatrician office?” When I told her she was being rude and asked to speak with another receptionist & Then she said she wearing a mask that’s why she talk like that. Poor customer service!!!! If it wasn’t for this man being my kids dad’s pediatrician I wouldn’t even consider going here!

A few of my family members take their children to see him and I take my 3 children as well and he's done the best job! He always listens to any concerns and is really helpful. I'm glad he isn't like every other pediatrician I've seen that just prescribes any medication for any little thing. To teach me how to help my kids when their sick without using so much medication is great! He is really blunt and honest. The wait isn't long as well, every time I visit it's really quick and easy care. Such a great pediatrician!

my daughter has been taking her two children there since 2010 every time was a disappointment he never prescribed any medication when sick he's rude all he ever gave them was the flu shot my daughter finally decided to change DR. and found a really good one. his wife font desk manager is very rude taking and rescheduling appointments. I don't recommend him nor will I recommend him to anyone. he also charges for copy's of the shots when they never even give you one when they get the shots needed

Dr Emanuel was told my 5 year old son has been coughing for weeks. He told us it's because it's dry and we are turning on our heater... He also said we need to schedule earlier in the day before 12pm because he was too busy for us after that time due to walk in patients and people who just show up... I thought to myself this man is not doing anything and I began to question his technical training. So we went back 3 weeks later it's been 1.5 months now my son has been coughing. He mentioned allergies took a blood test he did the blood test on the first visit and rushed us out of the room and made it a point to let us know how we were such bad people for making the appointment after 12pm and rushed out of the room. So fast that I couldn't bring the words of my concern to my tounge to have a conversation with the guy. First of all if my son is coughing phlegm for a month and a half now GET ON IT! X-ray his lungs do something!!! Second: it's a desert of corse it's dry. So imagine I tell him sorry son no sports no karate no nothing absolutely no nothing why? WHY YOU ASK!? Because it's dry of course son: it's dry.... So upset with this place. I'm the dad who works and doesn't get the chance to go to the appointments I've only gone to the second one and that's enough to take our son elsewhere. Horrible Doctor rushes you out and tells you coughing phlegm for a month and a half is normal if it's a dry place you live in turn your heater down... NEVER AGAIN

I been going here with all my 3 kids and first of ALL HE RATHER USE HOME REMEDIES THEN TO DRUG UP YOUR KID EVERY TIME THEY ARE SICK JUST SO YOU GUYS NO. I think its better then drugs that harm your smile system every time you take it but if they are really sick he will give them medicine if he/she really needs it. He's a traditional Dr so he's old fashion and will tell you what to do to for remedies. He's a really good Dr that has a passion for kids BUT! HIS WIFE IS RUDE AS HELL SHES THE ONLY THING STOPPING HIS BUSINESS FROM BEING FULLY SUCCESSFUL SHE MAKES REMARKS AND TAKES TGE OFFICE TO SERIOUS AND MAKES A BIG DEAL OVER MISSED APPOITMENTS AND HIS ATTITUDE TOWARDS EVERYONE WHO COMES IN. DR SHOULD SUGGEST FOR HER TO WORK MAYBE SOMEWERE THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH SPEAKING TO THE COSTUMERS

If I could leave a negative star I would. This place is a joke. The one lady in the office is beyond rude!!! The place is very dirty and smells like fish, and if you like being told that your parenting skills are not even close To par, then this is the place for you.
