Excellent fresh food. You pick either pita or bowl and pick your own choice of toppings and main entree they have protein and vegan options like falafel and cauliflower I went with Falafel. I ordered through the app and food was ready when I got there. Excellent presentation of food and quality ingredients. I found a new favorite spot for lunch!
Good food but incredibly slow around lunchtime and the service is pretty bad. One time we went to order and the doors were locked and they forced everyone waiting to order online instead which was odd, then they took our orders and reopened the counter afterwards, then the food took a literal hour to be ready. Food is great but it's surprisingly inconvenient in an area of quicker lunches of similar quality.
Loved this place but they switched up their menu recently which I was excited about but worried bc it could be them trying to cut costs with inflation. And I was right, even though they added an option to choose 8 toppings on the bowl instead of 6, and have a side of pita they give you way less toppings now so it’s mostly rice. Basically all carbs now which I’m sure is much cheaper for them. Sad
They give you a ton of food with your purchase, so you definitely get your money's worth. One of the few places I've seen with impossible kebab, so good for people seeking a meat substitute. Vegetarian options: Impossible kebab
I keep coming back for these harissa falafels in soft and filling pitas. The ginger mint juice was also delicious. Great service too. Hands down best falafel place, ever!
I had this amazing bowl at tami on maiden land I highly recommend this bowl it’s call the eggplant blow
Let me just say, I am from Jerusalem and am a falafel addict. I’ve eaten at over a hundred places all around israel and this place is one of the best I’ve ever had. Top three for sure! Awesome job guys!!! Couldn’t recommend more:
Everything is so delicious while healthy tasting. Well maybe not the fries which were yum too. We've tried the eggplant bowl, impossible kebabs bowl and platter, falafel platter, cauliflower side, carrot side and fries. The food is so good that we've had it three times since moving to this neighborhood a few weeks ago. Highly recommend.
Taim is the best vegan place in Fidi. If you want a healthy meal that is using only whole food ingredients and is free from refined/processed ingredients such as refined sugar, this is the place to go. I love their falafel and cauliflower bowls. Their couscous and hummus is better than most places and they have quite a few nice sides such as their Moroccan carrots or Za'atar pita. Note to owner: I've had Taim many many times before but I have to say that our order from today Nov 11 under Mandy was the best ever. It was so delicious!! Big thanks to the people who made our bowls today! Vegetarian options: They have falafel and cauliflower bowls that are vegan. Dietary restrictions: No refined sugar is used
Our family has ordered dinner a handful of times from the team at Taim Maiden Lane and they have always proved to be the friendliest, helpful and accommodating of all the “fast, casual” food places here in FiDi. I met Ashley the manager last night and told her so, and she was so appreciative. Just wanted to go on here to highly suggest ordering from them!
