Please change both your Google website and your phone message which say you are open until 6 PM. I got here at 5:30 and the store was not open. Just trying to make a return. It is very difficult to get here before 5 PM. Please make it more easy to understand when you are open.

Always a fabulous shopping experience at Talbots in Highland Park. I was lucky enough to have Catherine assist me with many different outfits & sizes. She has such a good eye on what worked, what didn't & what was the correct size for me. Therefore, I had a great time spending $400!!

When I tried to shop here there were 3 people working and I was the only customer. One associate was in a personal phone call talking about her new home...congrats btw. The other 2 never acknowledged me or ask if I need help. I helped myself to a dressing room, and still, not a word from any staff member. I would have tried to find the right size if I was offered a bit of assistance and was willing to buy a very expensive pair of pants. Instead I will shop where I am appreciated.

I simply accompanied my sister to this store as she wanted to apply a coupon to some beautiful items. Nan y was VERY helpful & pleasant.

Great selection and kind and helpful staff. I always enjoy my visits.

The women worked as a team to help me find a wedding outfit when my first idea failed. No pressure, no one shot answers. I have a great outfit and some other goodies!
