Tamarind Institute is a nonprofit center dedicated to the preservation and advancement of lithography through printer training and publishing projects, which engage contemporary artists in collaborative printmaking. As an educational program, Tamarind trains master printers, fosters research, presents public programs, and maintains the standards of fine art lithography.
