Tapas Teatro

We decided to celebrate our engagement at Tapas Teatro with family. It was my first time trying tapas and I really enjoyed it. They made a special day even more special. Food was amazing and came out quickly.

I kept hearing good things about the food here from my friends and finally got a chance to try it out. The food was fantastic! My favorite dish was their seared tuna steaks topped with quail eggs. The service, however, was atrocious. The waitress that took my table's order rolled her eyes everytime someone in my group asked for a second opinion on a dish before ordering. The following waiter that took our dessert orders also rolled his eyes and made no attempt to smile or show any warmth towards us. I wish I could say that the food was good enough for me to return, but the service I experienced was enough to keep me away for good. I'm not one to post bad reviews, but this behavior was absolutely unwarranted and needed to be addressed.

It's ok, the atmosphere is probably the best thing here, in addition to the great service. The food didn't have an authentic Spanish feel to me, at all (I've visited Spain multiple times). It was good food though, don't let me give the opposite impression. Drinks were good, but serving size felt small. And the tables for two are right on top of one another. I'd go again though. It's above avg experience.

Definitely worth visiting. Better to sit inside than on the sidewalk. The menu is extensive and the food was good.

Great food and great staff. Everything was EXPERTLY cooked. The steak was actually medium rare and the shrimp was perfect (most places over cook shrimp)!!!!
